One of the best NY style pizza places around, as somebody who lived in NYC for very long time I really appreciate the place. Every time at the outlets I try to stop for a slice or two! Plenty of seating available, parking is no hassle. Staff is always welcoming.

This pizza was so good I almost cried. Got a calzone (with pepperoni), a slice of pepperoni, and a slice of stuffed veggie pizza, for about $20. A good portion for two people, and some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I know it’s in a mall and every other restaurant in the food court seems to have gone out of business, and you can almost see the tumbleweeds… but there’s a reason this is the one place left standing!

Food: The pizza was good with a nice crisp thin crust. Flavor was decent. Nothing overly exciting. On the greasier side.
Service: The make was about 25mins for a fresh pizza. They have pre-made pizzas you can buy by the slice which might be the better way to go. It was fairly pricey at $32 for a 3 topping 18in pizza
Atmosphere: This is the big downfall as the location is in a food court. It was clean but it was a food court.
The verdict:
Overall decent pizza but nothing to drive home about.

I was at the outlet mall last month and stopped in at the food court for a quick bite to eat. I ordered a slice of Grandma’s Pizza and was blown away. We decided to order an entire pie for lunch today and it was just as amazing. We went with a half and half, (half cheese and the other half with with jalapenos and pepperoni).
I can honestly say this is the best Grandma Pizza that I’ve had in St. Augustine. The garlicky sauce is rich with chunks of tomatoes and the crust is light and crispy. They use a quality cheese here and aren’t skimpy with the toppings.
I placed my order at the counter and it was a good wait as they were busy, (will probably call my order in next time). It’s also somewhat of a pain dealing with the mall traffic but totally worth it.

This is in the food court for the outlet mall, BUT don’t let that fool you. The NY style pizza is phenomenal.
With all of the other food vendors vacant, there ends up being a ton of seats and it’s a nice quiet spot.
The staff was very attentive and efficient. Ordered some individual slices and a whole pie to go. Slices were done almost immediately after sitting down, and then the pie took only 15 minutes.

I work in the area, food is always quick to come out and is always great! I lived in New Jersey and this is some of the best pizza, I have had since coming to Jacksonville hands down!
