From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and genuinely sweet to our family. We love supporting places with roots.
Here’s what we tried
• California-style chicken cheesesteak hoagie — juicy chicken, gooey cheese, lettuce and onions packed with flavor.
• Cheesesteak special with peppers, onions & sauce — absolutely hit the spot. Flavor in every bite.
• Jumbo wings — crispy outside, tender inside, and the mild sauce had the perfect sweet kick.
• Fried pickles — crispy breading that held everything together perfectly.
• Cannolis — creamy filling, crunchy shell, chocolate sauce on top… absolutely BOMB.
If you’re in Lancaster and haven’t been to Ruffino’s yet, it’s worth the stop!

I can’t begin to say how delighted I am with the meal I got this evening. I’m staying in the area on business and stopped in for some take-out. I had the most amazing cheese steak sub and onion rings.
The price was more than reasonable, especially for the portions I received, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant has a warm welcoming feeling. I will absolutely be coming back to Ruffinos Pizza!

Great pizza place – very good food and service. We thought their pizzas were very fresh and delicious. I got a sausage sub, and it was great and the bread was homemade I believe. And our favorite thing is the garlic knots! – they’re smothered in a delicious garlic sauce.
And the staff are friendly. Great place and we’ll definitely be back!

Staff were polite and friendly. Pizza and Stromboli were ready quickly. Food was quite good. Probably some of the best hand-tossed pizza outside of the city. Overall recommended for hand-tossed pizza if you are in the area.

My experience at this restaurant is phenomenal. The staff is very welcoming and polite and the food that comes along with it is too. As someone who is quite critical of pizza and sandwiches alike, I have got to say this place gets it right for me every time i come through the door. The food here is amazing, i would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 11/10 would eat here every day if i was rich.
