Rudy’s Tacos was founded in 1973 by Rudy and Marilyn Quijas. Since the late 70’s Rudy’s business has grown to include 11 other locations in both Iowa and Illinois. My husband and I got takeout tonight and I wasn’t real hungry so I got chips with cheese. There was seriously abojta quarter of an inch of grease in the bottom of the container. When I saw that I almost gagged and I couldn’t eat any more. Last time I eat there!

It’s been awhile since I’ve had Rudy’s! We no longer live in the area, and they have my absolute favorite shredded cheese. This time I also tried their frozen strawberry take out margarita. I was presently surprised at the packaging! It was very cute and very tasty!
