These things are like crack. The hot dog with everything on it (chili, slaw, mustard, ketchup ) is fantastic. The chili and the slaw is what make them so good, if you pass on them it’s probably a pretty average dog.

Rudolph was the original owner and gave the name Rudy’s to the shop. James, the son, took over the shop and started doing the hot dogs. So that’s why you see Rudy’s on the building and James’s hotdogs on the sign.
