I love Rudy’s! I have been to 8 different spots and all are fantastic. I live in the north east now so no Rudys up here, I always get the moist brisket with white and make some sandwich’s with onions and Rudy sauce. The fixings are amazing but the meat is the star. I had brisket, wife had pulled pork sando both amazing. Highly reccomend

I had dinner here tonight for the first time and wanted to thank Giancarlo (the name on my receipt, at least) for helping me through the process. Horrible. If you go to Rudy’s in other locations like Austin, you wouldn’t recognize the food here whatsoever. I got the brisket and it was dry, flavorless, and tough. The coleslaw was barely chopped and had no flavor. The only good thing I can say is my dog liked my brisket leftovers. Overpriced and a terrible dining experience. Avoid at all cost.

Order a potato with brisket she even gave me barbeque sauce. Opened up to what is a burnt half eaten potato with cheese and butter. They forgot the brisket. Charged for a potato with meat and got bullshit CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. Unwrap it at the window. Very disappointed

11/10/25 On past visits, the brisket has been great and the ribs were perfect. I was so disappointed with the brisket and the ribs this time!
The pork ribs were so tough and chewy and they were served at room temperature. The brisket was full of chewy gristle, and there was a LOT since I ordered a pound and a half of it. The brisket wasn’t much warmer than those pork ribs.
I would expect less than awesome meat if I was ordering 30 minutes before closing time, but our visit occurred during the noon hour when you’d expect the meat to be at optimal level.
My wife and I spent $80 on very mediocre meat that did not represent the quality we expect from Rudy’s. I’m sure our dog enjoyed it as his standards are a bit lower.
The only pisitive….the half pound of turkey was good.

Had lunch with my husband and my sister. It was delicious. My sister and I had the smoked potato with moist brisket. My husband had the sausages and ribs.
Update: Moist Brisket on 09-30-24 tasted a little off. Even my husband said so. But the ribs are off the chain delicious! I will definitely get them next time!

Rudy’s BBQ is always a hit! The brisket is smoky and tender, and the ribs are packed with flavor. The creamed corn, sauce, and peach cobbler are must-tries. Friendly staff and great service make it an easy choice for tasty Texas BBQ in El Paso!

Got about 1/2 lb lean brisket, 1/2 chicken, tea and wheat bread, .lot of food , pickles, spicy carrots slices. For lunch. Had to take most of chicken to go. I used to think Rudys was fast food bbq, but noooo. Tasty n well cooked. Thank you
