Overall great experience of Texas BBQ. Plenty of options for all kinds of meats and cream corn, cole slaw, and beans were delicious. Lots of condiments you can add/pick yourself too. (But 4 stars for the food because they were out of all potatos on a Friday at 7pm)

Stopped by for a work outing and the service was top-tier! Our server handled our group like a pro, keeping everything organized and moving fast.
The 1/4 moist brisket was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and the 1/2 chicken was surprisingly juicy. Paired it with the potato salad and green bean medley for the perfect balance. Rudy’s never misses for a team lunch—great food, zero stress, and plenty of “Sause” to go around. We’ll definitely be back!

I love this restaurant and often order brisket moist. But the last few times they put coals in my order, this can be cut off and not served to the customer, since it is not that cheap. I give it one more time, and I will see if the restaurant improves or not. Why should we pay for this? I gave 2 stars only for customer service, the guys are great!

Delicious brisket, friendly casual atmosphere and just as good as many of the other popular options with zero wait times. It’s great for brisket on the go and I hear they cater as well. It’s definitely worth the price and the drive.

I don’t review many chains but I will make an exception to this great establishment! The workers were very kind and recommended the turkey. They were not wrong! Perfectly smoked and complimented with potato salad made for a great lunch. The hand washing machine is also a fun time haha. Overall great experience and I hope to always visit Rudy’s when I come to TX!

Frustrated and dismayed. Been a long time patron of Rudy’s BBQ and prior to their sale to a new owner they were always spot on. They had the absolute best breakfast tacos. For the last few years I’ve tried a few times and tried again today. The problem is the very undercooked eggs and if you watch their staff making them you can witness pouring raw egg onto cooked eggs prior to taking them off the griddle. I cannot stand wet under cooked eggs. I wish they’d stop doing this. I had it remade but I shouldn’t have to. The picture was the best I could get, however they were literally dripping with raw egg.

What a great surprise very good service very patient staff explaining to a tourist the different options, highly recommended, Its like a self service but the difference you order the meat by weight also the sides, drinks are in iced pick what you want, so they serve you in a bucket type recipient, the platea are paper and the meat also is served in paper, after you pay sit down and enjoy was so good I ordered more, the sweet corn awesome, potatoes awesome, brisket I like. the normal one better over the moist but they where both delicious, for ribs lovers they are great also have sausages and sandwiches. Good quality price ratio.
