We tried the brisket and the roasted chicken, and both were absolutely phenomenal.
The brisket was tender, juicy, and had that perfect smoky flavor that just melts in your mouth. The roasted chicken was equally impressive—succulent, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The Rudy’s Sissy Sauce is a perfect combination for your meal.
The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, with friendly staff who made our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!”

Everything we have had to eat along the beach has been extremely poor quality. We are so glad we found Rudy’s! Rudy’s is the best dinner I’ve had since entering Florida. The ribs are amazing, and just fall off the bone. The brisket on top of potato was great. Perfectly cooked baked potato topped with cheese, sour cream, and a whole lot of chopped up brisket. I really like their sissy sauce on it. They’ve got a good pickle bar, you can snag your own beer when you walk in, and don’t forget to get that banana pudding. Is the best banana pudding I’ve ever had!

I had lunch here and ordered the Turkey sandwich along with a small Three Bean Salad. The sandwich was decent but nothing extraordinary, and the Three Bean Salad was good, though the small portion was quite tiny—I’d opt for a larger side next time. Unfortunately, the fountain drink machines were out of order, and they were also out of bottled Diet Coke, which was a bit disappointing. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, likely because they weren’t busy. However, there were several dirty tables, though one of the employees began cleaning up after I found a clean spot and finished eating. Overall, while I might return, I wouldn’t go out of my way to do so, as there are better options for food, service, and atmosphere. It was a mediocre experience.

This place was legit. The staff was friendly, and greeting was comforting. The inside is decked out.They have numerous drinks, beer, and a big menu to choose from to make it easy to order. They gave us free brisket and pork to try. Good smoke and smoke rings. Very clean and good lighting. Customer service was spectacular, and the cashiers were very knowledgeable of the menu. I wanted some bbq and found this late on vacation. It’s a super good find.

I really like walking up to the building and seeing a fire going in a smoker. The brisket and ribs were great. The beans did not impress me so much. The original sauce is fairly spicy. I enjoyed the atmosphere even though I went at an off time. Seemed to be a little more pricey than most BBQ joints.

It was a little confusing when we got there about ordering. A lot of it is share size. The brisket was AMAZING and so was the smoke sausage! Truly taste like Texas BBQ! Would highly recommend!

First time here. Very impressed with the food. I had the brisket sandwich and my husband had the pulled pork. Very tasty. Staff was very friendly. Gave us samples of the different meats. The chocolate pudding is delicious! Definitely recommend.

Food is the same as in Texas. Brisket is good and has the taste of the Hill County oak smoke! They do not have whole pickles though like in Austin. Very clean. Staff is sleepy and relaxed you don’t see that in Texas but it’s a Florida thing. Slow and relaxed. Was very happy to find a piece of Texas in Fla.

Food was great, lots of choices for meats. Order from counter service. Pick your drinks out of ice at the counter or get a fountain drink. Sweet tea was good. Really big loaded baked potato. If I could have had anything different it would have been some type of steak fries and more than 2 choices of BBQ sauce. Clean tables and bathrooms. Ask for a free taste sample of the meat if you are new to the restaurant.

Great experience and great food. The employees are all friendly and offered samples of the food items to help me decide. I had the two meat sandwich with brisket and turkey. I also liked their potato salad, sweet tea and green chili stew.
