The lady who helped me place my order was very helpful and friendly, but that is all that was good about this Famous Daves! The food was not even edible. It was awful!! The rib tips tasted like the meat was old and the brisket had no flavor. I was so looking forward to our meal and then it was the biggest flop!

Terrible customer service and support. I reached out about an issue I had with an order, waiting over an hour and a half for food I ordered ahead of time they “never received”, received one email about getting a coupon code for my troubles and then they ghosted me. No coupon, no help, no cares, nothing. It’s just rude and wrong to treat customers how you do. You Take advantage of them with these promises of good food and portions until you spend over $40 on food that doesn’t even fill half the container you send it in. Just fatty pieces and questionable meats. 0/10 customer service and restaurant service – Emailed multiple times and was told a coupon was being sent, still haven’t received anything. Mistakes happen but blatantly disregarding your customers is un excusable do not recommend

Nothing like the real restaurant. Reheated items and dry ribs and chopped pork. Marginal in every way compared to regular famous Dave’s. Don’t go you will be sad if you like the bigger regular famous Dave’s.

Been driving by this place for a couple of weeks now due to work, hadn’t had it since Virginia. When asked what I wanted for my birthday dinner, I said Famous Dave’s. I was very disappointed when I got here to see it wasn’t an actual sit down restaurant, but more like the Mission BBQs, with seating option. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have packed up the family thinking we were eating out.

I was pleasantly surprised they were open Labor Day and I was definitely craving BBQ. Placed an online order and was a little early but order came quickly. I was warmly greeted by everyone I encountered. That’s a nice change in the service industry these days, especially on a holiday. This will now be my go to location because the staff was really great! My ribs, corn and mac ‘n cheese were all yummy!

They should rename this place Fast Dave’s, not Famous Dave’s. It’s fast barbeque, but it’s not Famous Dave’s quality. The ribs had little to no seasoning or smoke to them. I visited 2 different locations 24 hours apart and the location that was an original Famous Dave’s compared to this one that’s a new takeout joint had very different food quality standards. Hopefully they step this one up instead of lowering the quality of the others.

The barbecue was disappointing. It tasted old and like it was cooked in a oven not on a grill. I ordered burt ends and tips Im not sure what I got and the meat was tough.

Didn’t get to try the food here but very very limited seating. Prob enough for 12-14 people. The vibe is not what other famous daves are. We left because we wanted ti dine in and no seats left for family. Clean place though, really just a to-go now.

Food was horrible ribs were terrible fries had a pound of salt restaurant didn’t have enough seating the worse famous fave I ever been too.. spent 53 dollars for the worst food ever didn’t eat hardly any of that crap and wasn’t offered a refund or any thing I’m going to let everybody I know not to patronize that restaurant and it’s franchise should be revoked ..
