Hello! We are a family run local food truck and have been in business since 2014. We serve everything from street tacos, burritos, enchiladas and huaraches to name a few. We hope that one day you will stop on by and try it for yourself. We are now well known for our Cheesy Birria Tacos that is a must try!

The Mar y Tierra tacos are incredible and their Birria is fantastic! Better quality and larger portions than other trucks. The staff are chill as well. I go to Lake Pleasant Brewing company every time they are there.

I can’t believe it took me this long to try this place. These tacos are AMAZING. I got 4 fish tacos, 2 tacos al pastor, 2 tacos de asada, and a quesadilla with adobada meat. The tacos go for a $1.50 each and the quesadilla goes for $6. Both include your choice of meat. All the tacos were so delicious with each meat having their own distinct flavor. I will say that I am in love with the Al Pastor taco. The marinated pork coupled with the pineapple created such an amazing sweet and savory flavor combo that is unbeatable. 10/10 will come again

Ruby’s is hands down, FREAKING amazing! Tacos are on point and sides are fresh, the horchata is sooooo good. Their red and green sauces are bomb.

Rubys food truck is high quality food he makes the best tacos in AZ. Highly recommend trying it . You will definitely go back again and again if you try his food . Everything on his menu is amazing! Great prices and food really is so Good.

First time purchasing from here and any food truck. I saw a co worker eating chicken tacos and they looked and smell delicious! They told me about this place! These were the best tasting flautas I’ve had in my life!! Im excited to show friends and family about this hidden gem! Anyone reading this, will not regret coming here! Not only was the food delicious and amazing but family behind that food truck is just as amazing! The owners made me feel at home I’m forever grateful to meet them and ran across someone eating them because then I would have never heard on this place! Support family owned food truck! You need to come here! I can’t wait to try everything else on their menu! Especially their tacos!!

I ended up not where I was supposed to be and needed something to eat. I thought for Cinco de Mayo it was only right to find some authentic food. Instead what I found was a total delight. Quick service paired with an absolutely delicious burrito made my night. Fresh ingredients and a real tortilla made this place a must go back to.

Writing this review as I’m chewing on a nice carne asada burrito and for a quick find on a drive by it’s one of the best burritos I’ve had from a food truck or any spot in a long while wonder why the line wasnt longer I spent 9 bucks and a player deal 1 carne asada burrito and 2 chicken tacos

The food here is so delicious! The birria tacos were cooked to perfection. Not greasy and still crispy yet soft and the consume is perfect! The prices are just right too. What a great hidden little gem. Check it out! You will not be disappointed.
