Everything looks good and tastes good. I had ham quiche, like cronuts but with a hint of orange, coffee cake, and black coffee. There’s always a line.

So my wife and I decided to stop by at Ruby’s Bakery & Cafe today for the first time. I am a huge fan of French pastries and a good quality croissant always hits the spot, trust me I can tell the difference, real butter never lies.

Really nice local Cafe and Bakery. I’ve been here twice with my kids and we loved everything we tried. The first time we visited, it was early breakfast so we had the croissant, the ham and cheese croissant, a honey bun, and coffee. The second time, we had “breakfast items” same as we had when we first came. However, this time, we visited around brunch time. After we finished, we noticed lunch type of food coming out. We need to come back ASAP! A guy from the back gifted my 2 daughters a mini sourdough bread. They were speechless and the act/thought made them love this place even more. Definitely coming back soon!

It’s the best Cafe I’ve ever been to. The food is unreal and the coffee is delicious. My only gripe is the music, it’s too loud and contemporary music just doesn’t vibe in a cafe setting. Overall I could not reccomend this place more highly.

The croissants here are amazing. There’s no place near by that compares to these. Not only are they HUGE but they’re always fresh and just melts in your mouth. While you’re there, grab a cookie or 6. If you like the croissants you LOVE the cookies.

Enjoyed a delicious chocolate croissant and cold brew. The croissant was flaky, buttery and tender crumb. The cold brew was nice and strong but smooth. Kind staff, enjoyable atmosphere and clean.

Great place for baked goods. It’s always crowded and noisy but they can’t help that. Always friendly despite how busy they are. I wish they had evening/late afternoon hours but oh well!

This Cafe has no clue how to make an almond croissant. They literally bake a plain one, slice it open and add “filling” and then rebake it until it is over cooked- hard and blackened. Ridiculous. Just fill it and bake it so that it is cooked properly.

This was a great find. A true artisan bakery. We enjoyed fresh peach turnovers, a cross between a croissant and an eclair, and a croque monsieur These were beyond good. So very tasty.
