I had a Pizza Emergency and Kailyn was soooo kind and generous. I needed multiple pizzas and Bessemer’s Pizza Hut was able to accommodate with a smile and a great attitude.
Not to mention Kailyn’s manager Ms.Kim and Ms.Kia was helpful in making sure the pizzas were cut to accommodate and easy in a timely manner.

This was the absolute worse pizza hut establishment, not sure how this lady was hired, the individual that took my order, was a black, light skinned lady, who has green tracks in her hair. She looks to be between the ages of 17-25, very unprofessional, ignorant, told me she was the manager on duty. She was entirely disrespectful, when I asked her for her name she wouldn’t provide it, which is completely unethical. This can make or break an establishment, and managers need to be aware that this will halt people from using Pizza Hut, once they realize that there is clearly a lack of competence required from someone who stated she was the manager that night, but wouldn’t provide her name when I asked her for it. Hopefully, this person will be dealt with. I didn’t see but one person working with green hair, so it shouldn’t be that hard to spot her.

My Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious, the only thing was the dough on the bottom of the Pizza was very soft like it was under cooked, It should’ve been cooked longer. My cinnamon sticks was Very Very hot fresh and Delicious!!

I went here to door dash. They were fully staffed and it still took 20 min after I arrived for 1 pizza. Young lady inside with yellow hair without a hairnet on handling food. No one spoke when I entered the business. This was a night shift.
