Very good experience. I went there with my wife. The service was great. Our server Jason was great. He made sure we were taken care of. I never had to ask him to refill my drink. He also reminded us that they had an offer for free appetizers that we had failed to order. The food was good and we enjoyed our Valentines day. The restaurant didn’t have a line and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. We really enjoyed choosing this place.

Food was good. Service was decent. The waiter was nice but didn’t come to check if we needed refills. Restaurant wasn’t busy so there was no wait. My only gripe is that the inside of the restaurant was kinda dated.

Clean tables, no wait time 1hr before closing, waitress took our drinks as soon as I sat down, out of most beer, reasonable prices, the table sitting by themselves in the middle of the dining room look a little old. The smoke house was advertised to have onion rings on it, the picture also confirms this, but when i received it the burger had chopped (French’s onions) on it kinda disappointed. The burger was soggy but the fries where fresh ans crispy with a crunch. The meat was cooked to order, and it was cooked to how I like it. I was also not offered a drink refill before my glass hit 1/4. The food came out in a reasonable time for the time of day. The basic drink price is 3.79$

We were seated right away. The service was great, the waitress was very friendly and helpful.
I ordered the Loco moco and was a large patty with eggs over easy over rice and gravy. I prefer the thicker type of brown gravy, but that’s pure preference. The hamburger patty was a good size. I had mine with mushrooms and onion in my Loco Moco hamburger patty.
My friend had the roast pork with gravy on the side. They were really nice to substitute the broccoli versus corn and you could also switch the starch from Mashed potatoes to another side that they had. Very fond friendly to the customer.
I would go back again and may get the roast pork next time cause my friend liked his.

Located mauka side entrance of Mililani Town Center. Tons of parking up front near front entrance of Ruby Tuesday. Few designated stalls reserved for “curbside pick-up” orders. As most indoor dining restaurants, they require proof of vaccination cards and ID. They didn’t request a temperature check (1/20/22), as our previous visits in December 2021. Hostesses are always personable, as the waitresses. They try to be upbeat, with the light business they receive during lunch hours. New menus are out for 2022, with a slight 10 to 15% increase in prices. It’s been a difficult period due covid and with inflation, so it’s the price we pay for dining out. Great selection of entrees and to our surprise, a salad bar selection is up front and center of main dining area. Outdoor seating, but not sure if they actually use during this slow period (maybe in the evening, which I personally haven’t dined). One recommendation, is the hamburger steak dinner, very tasty beef patties(2), grilled onions and delicious gravy. With that meal, a choice of 2 side dishes (Caesar salad, mixed greens, mash potatoes, steamed vegetables, French fries and a few more options). Upside, is probably one of the best hamburger steaks I’ve had on the island, but the downside, this will set you back about $18 bucks. Ruby’s also has delicious sandwiches, like turkey burgers, bacon cheese burgers and other equally delicious selections. Military discounts given with military ID.

Enjoy dining inside. Food was great. Ribs and shrimp. Ordered by using a menu from the Ruby Tuesday webpage on my smart phone. Only about 4 tables with customers in the restaurant. Salad bar not open due to Covid19. Bar was open and serving drinks. Good service.

The location is nice, casual atmosphere and clean. I come here from time to time with my husband for lunch who enjoys the salad bar. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a garden salad and ordered the burger medium but it came out almost well done which is the second time this has happened. Despite that the burger was tasty. I am disappointed that we did not get any refill on our water the whole time we were there. The waitress checked on us maybe once right after our food arrived and after we were done with our meal. Overall it is a nice, casual place to come with your family for lunch or dinner (they also serve breakfast but I have never been to eat breakfast here). The rating I’m giving reflects my burger not being done the way I wanted it, not having my husbands or my water refilled and just overall experience.

Great experience! Waited over a year for the salad bar to come back and its finally back! It seems like prices have increased since COVID hit.. but I have no complaints with this place.. I’ll be back!

Great service, but the food was disappointing. Ordered the chicken pasta primavera, very bland and the chicken had little flavor. My daughter’s tenders were good, she didn’t like the fries. The shrimp pasta was extremely small for $20, it was half the size of my pasta.
