Believe the 1 star reviews!! Read them before you become one. Probably the worst experience at Ruby Tuesdays. Might actually be why the rest of them closed. Staff acted like they did not want to work or help customers. Happier when people left. The only positive is my food and dessert was at the proper temp. 1 napkin received with rolled silverware, no others offered. No refills offered – I asked for 1 before I was done with the 1st for fear of being forgotten. When I went to the bathroom, my drink disappeared and was not replaced. I went through 2 glasses due to the saltiness of the food. The dining area was freezing and I wore my jacket over a sweater the whole time as I was told there was no other warmer area. Ordered mushrooms – extremely salty batter. Tenders had a strange taste and texture. Fries were over salted. Had to request ketchup for fries as not offered. The “free dessert” was not even made correctly! And when I asked about the caramel, someone put Caramel on top but it still wasn’t correct. (I went to the restroom). Very disappointed. I was never asked about being a rewards member. Instead was asked if I was paying cash or card. Then the handheld device was brought for me to pay and then walked away to seat another group with much more enthusiasm than when I arrived. And then there is the whole pressure for a tip bringing me my hot and cold food. While I normally tip generously, I don’t believe any of my experience warranted one so I tipped less than I would have had anyone been friendly, made my order correctly, and made me feel like a person. I know it is hard to find good help and people who want to work and serve the public. If you don’t enjoy it, why do it?! I could understand if my order or I was difficult but that is simply not the case. I am highly allergic to any form of onion(scallion, leek, red, yellow, white, etc.) And stayed silent when my fried mushroom appetizer had them mixed into the plate. I spent time removing all of them as quickly as possible. I could have complained but dismissed this. When I felt off from entry, I should have turned around and left. Lesson learned. As someone passing through this area frequently for work and personal, I will definitely not be back and would not recommend this place. I would be surprised if this place stays open for business much longer. I did notice customer gender plays a role in disparate treatment. Poor quality, poor service, unwelcome environment and small entrees for the price. I have dined at many places and willing to pay for my food so money is not the issue. I had cash for my meal as I often do but I opted to pay with a card to control how quickly I could depart. Had the experience been more pleasurable, maybe just maybe it would have been worth it. I have paid more for less and tipped the same amount that my meal costs. Wasted over $35 for something I could have paid half for at a fast food place. The Tenders “platter” is not a platter only because it is on a plate. 4 narrow and small Tenders are not worth it. I can get the same at Freddy’s for less and people who smile and want to work. Glad the dessert was free or else I would have been upset. Oh and the bathroom had a distinct smell of Marijuana. (Which as I understand is common around the area now.)

The pictures show what I was supposed to receive vs. What I did receive. I was also very irritated I ordered this dish for pickup from “garden bar” on Uber Eats. When I arrived at the location address I found out it was really Ruby Tuesday. If you have a good product let it speak for itself dont use a click bait fake business name to get a few extra orders. I already didn’t like the food at this location but now I like it even less since they chose to be deceitful about their business name on a food ordering platform.

was promptly seated and told Kayla would be with me shortly. Waited about 5 minutes before she came to the table and said she’d be with us right after she closed another table out…cool…10-15 minutes later as I am still sitting waiting as my server and the said other table are just casually chatting it up as if this was social hour I finally just got up and walked out. absolutely terrible service and no manager in sight.. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Abby did an amazing job. She was quick to seat us when we came in, got us drinks immediately, gave us time to review the menu, and put in our food quickly. During the wait she provided refills and even gave us updates on our food on when it would be out. Once it was delivered she continued with refills and checked in on us, but didn’t interrupt our meal to do so. 10/10 on communication and she was also super polite. I’ve had issues at this restaurant with wait times and servers in the past so she’s been a pleasant change of pace. She deserves a big pat on the back for doing such a good job.

My wife and I have gone here 3 different times over the last couple of months and each time we’ve enjoyed it. We always had good service and the food was very good. The place was clean and the atmosphere was nice. They played modern pop music, but not very loud. We could still here each other talk. The place isn’t plastered with televisions like a lot of places today. They have a decent variety of food on the menu and so far, everything we’ve ordered, we’ve liked. Kayla was our server the last time and she did a great job.

Walked over from the hotel row to grab a few drinks and food. 2 hours before closing… Upon entering the place was empty except for what looked like a party. After standing for a bit with some Uber eats drivers looking for their deliveries we finally were greeted by a young person in a NiN t shirt. We were seated at the bar which was fine. I spotted an older tall man mulling around in the back by the server door which he quickly went through and disappeared. A few people from the party walked by and told us we should leave because we were never going to be served. We gave the establishment a chance. After 15 minutes and watching the NiN kid bussing tables and getting the Uber people their deliveries we walked out. Two other families were never even greeted and walked out. Whoever owns this place needs to stop in and handle whatever is going on …

My experience of dining at this Ruby Tuesday location was horrible, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst restaurant visits I’ve ever had. The overall cleanliness of the place was shocking—tables were sticky, floors were dirty, and the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. It seems like there under staff or either undertrained or just doesn’t care, because the service was slow and disorganized.
The food didn’t meet expectations. My meal was lukewarm, bland, and poorly prepared. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize quality or presentation. For the price, I expected much better, but instead, I left the restaurant feeling disappointed and disgusted.
It’s hard to believe that this location is still operating with such poor conditions. Something needs to change, or it should be shut down altogether. Definitely not coming back. PS my husband and I only came here for their semi truck parking.

Abby our waitresses ( someone we just met) was amazing, that girl went above and beyond.. She was very prompt, quick on her feet, she didn’t hesitate to seat people, take orders, clean tables and making sure all orders were correct, asking if our food was good, if we needed anything getting what they needed on top of drink fills.
Kirby the manager walks around checking in on the guests. He ansked how our food was… He asked how we were doing. This is something I haven’t seen in a long time he was very friendly.
Now to get to the food!! One word AMAZING!!! Thank you to the chefs!!! It was seasoned perfectly, noodles were perfect to my liking.. My husband’s meal was very good as well.

Can’t forget the bar who catered to my husband. They were able to take the sweet tea and make his favorite by adding raspberry.. THANK YOU!!
