Women’s bathroom walls and floor are dirty but the dining room and tables were clean. Our waitress was very nice and food was just as we asked. we had refills even before we needed them. Will definitely be back.
This time had a younger guy as our server for a party of seven and he did AWESOME! everyone got the correct drinks and food. He was nervous to take on the big party but he was awesome!!

I love this big boy location. Everyone is wonderful, Courtney is also exceptional service with a smile. They were also very kind to a special needs gentleman that I help take care of. The food at this location is tasty and salad bar is always fresh.

I had a great experience at Big Boy on Hall Rd, and a big part of that was the amazing manager, Dominique was friendly, professional, and clearly cares about both the customers and the staff. The service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious, and everything came out quickly. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. It’s always refreshing to see management so involved and attentive. Thanks to Dominique and the team I’ll definitely be back!

Great experience at Big Boys! Even though it was busy, the restaurant was very clean and the food came out on time. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server Daniel did a great job, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

The worse experience I’ve ever had. Its was very cold and uninviting. The salad bar was out of ranch, and when we asked for more, we were told no. Food was all over the place like it hadn’t been wiped down or organized in hours. It was like 6:45 pm. The waitress took our order, she brought the pops, never brought water. My kid had a burger and fry. That took 25 minutes. I ordered a seafood sampler and my wife and chicken sandwich. After waiting over and hour, the waitress never coming back to even see if we need a refill, which i did, and seeing people who came in after us get served, and we still didn’t get food, we ultimately just paid for the salad bar, and 2 pops. I do not recommend this place at all.

Mary H was our server and she was so sweet to us! Especially my kids. She’s great. Food was great, and I mentioned to Darius that one of the serving spoons was missing for the buffet pasta salad. He thanked me for bringing it to his attention and then brought me a small serving of the pasta salad over to my table! I’m a business owner and I have to recognize above and beyond service. Great people over here. We’ll definitely be back soon.

I CALLED BIG BOY TO ORDER A CARRY OUT BECAUSE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE WEBSITE. (IT’S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE WEBSITE TO WHERE IT HAS A CODE THAT PULLS UP ON THE PAGE THAT SAYS 401 CODE.) THE BIG BOY MAIN WEBSITE WORKS. THE ONE ON HALL ROAD HARDLY EVER WORKS. SO I CALL THE HALL RD LOCATION TO ORDER MY FOOD. THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE I HUNG UP. SO I GO TO THE BIG BOY I GET THERE I TELL THE LADY THAT I WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES AND NO APOLOGY. SO I ORDER ANYWAY AND TELL HER WHAT I WANT. THE LADY COMES BACK 10 MINUTES LATER AND SAY I HAVE YOUR FOOD AND SHE WILL MEET ME AT THE REGISTER TO PAY. I PAY FOR THE FOOD AND I ASKED IF SHE MADE SURE THAT I HAD MY ORDER CORRECT AND SHE SAID YES. SHE ASK WOULD I LIKE TO ADD A TIP SO I LEFT $2 BECAUSE I DIDN’T LIKE THE SERVICE. I LEAVE GET TO MY JOB AND I ORDERED A BOWL OF SOUP AND I LOOKED IN THE CONTAINER AND THEY HAD IT HALF FILLED. I GOT A CUP INSTEAD OF A BOWL, NEXT I ASK FOR CHEESE ON MY FRIES, NO CHEESE. NO KETHUP, SALT OR PEPPER. THESE FOLKS HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK IF I WANT TO LEAVE A TIP AND CANT GET THE ORDER CORRECT. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AND I DIDN’T COMPLAIN. THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THE TIP THAN GETTING THE CUSTOMERS ORDER CORRECT. SMH MY CHK # 282107 MY NAME IS FRED.

I had a great experience at Big Boy today. It wasn’t too busy, and everything came out quickly and fresh. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The manager I believe her name was Dominique was amazing, and the rest of the staff was wonderful as well. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Pretty disappointed in our visit. Only had 2 out of the 4 soups. Salad bar was kinda empty. The server didnt bring my sons soup so I gave him mine. My sons food came a good 10 mins before the rest of ours (ours was sitting in the window). Server didnt really come over much. My mom’s big boy was dry and hardly any sauce and my slim jim was supposed to come with fries and didnt, my sons kids meal is supposed to come with ice cream and didnt.

Sometimes I love a nostalgic visit to Big Boy and this location did not disappoint. I haven’t read the best reviews about this location but I was in the area and I’m so glad I stopped in. The food was great and my service was OUTSTANDING! Courtney was one of the best servers I have had in years. I’m high maintenance and my order included extra this and no that and more of this and she didn’t blink an eye or forget one thing. After a day of holiday shopping and run ins with a lot of grinches, Courtney made my day!
