Had the chicken parmesan. The noodles taste microwaved and the marinara sauce was just a bunch of chunky huge tomatoes which was also slathered all over the chicken. Mashed potatoes were cold. Other meal by other person fries were cold. Coke was good!

Service was fine. Food was fair. Prices too high for what was served. 1st issue was that our food took way too long to get to us after ordered. 2 other families that sat after us got their food and finished before we got ours. Something must have happened in the back to cause the delay but no one said anything to us. When the food came, the plates were hot but the food wasnt. The pork chop was tough. I ordered steak well done but came almost raw, i sent it back and it still came back medium. Picture posted was after 1st send back. I tolerated it as i didnt trust sending it back a 2nd time. They did remove it from the bill but the Ruby Tuesday experience was jaded now. Place was clean. Wear pants, it was very cold inside.

The food is subpar at best. I ordered the an appetizer of chips with queso sauce $6.99, chicken fresco with grilled zucchini and a ceasar salad $15.99. I recieved a plate of grease and raw zucchini. My salad was nothing but brown lettuce and the queso was a blob of gluey cheesy and chip that were stale and had been refried. Certianly not worth $15.99. The wait staff was friendly, we went for early dinner around 4pm and the dining area was empty so we had her full attention. I would recommend going some place else for good food.

Food is above average but not great. Good service from the staff and the place is VERY clean. Great salad bar too!

Typical chain restaurant. Always good service. Cheap prices. The bathroom here is usually dirty.

Went in an hour and a half before closing. The waiter was friendly and outgoing. We ordered a meal and the salad bar. The salad bar was a mess and several items were empty or near empty. The chicken was good and tender. Mac and cheese was also very good. However the meal with drinks was almost $50.00. Overall the service was excellent the food was good but the condition of the salad bar was poor. In my opinion it was not worth the price.

New menu is different, but good. I love this location, because it’s never too loud or busy, so it’s a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. On our last visit the waitress had a major attitude/snideness to her for some reason, but the food was decent. The manager didn’t open the door for me on the way out with a one year old, two year old, and diaper bag, but instead talked to another manager at the hostess podium. Odd, lacking customer service vibe. Overall rating a 3, but could be a 4 or 5 with better staff and management.

Went one night after a major storm in the Midwest. The staff was friendly as usual and our food came out fast. We ordered the shrimp fondue appetizer and it was delicious. The salad bar is always a big hit in my household as everybody loves the croutons as well.
