My family and I always love stopping here! They food is great and my bestie has a food allergy and they are so good about options and allergies! I love it! Great people! great service! They manager brandi always checks in and makes sure everything is good too! Stephanie has waited on us a few times and always makes sure everything is perfect and the kids have drinks. All around always a great choice while shopping in town.

We decided to stop in as we were passing through Cadillac for nostalgic reasons. Neither of us have seen a Ruby Tuesday in a long time.

The staff was very friendly, had smiling faces, and were welcoming.

The salad bar was as good as remembered. We also had the fried mushroom, these unfortunately were underwhelming. I went with the classic smashburger style cheeseburger and tater tots. The burger was great, and the tots had the right amount of crunch.

If we are ever in the area we might just stop in again.

We ordered the catfish dinner today. There were only 3 tiny little pieces of fish no bigger than a chicken nugget from McDonald’s. You guys think because it’s a take out order you can put the cheapest smallest items in the boxes because we would never know until we get it home! We aren’t returning it which we should but with the bad weather we aren’t going out again! If you want our business again you better change your habits of giving the proper food!! It looks nothing like the photos of your fish on your online menu!!! I wish I never left you a tip either!!!

Our first time eating at a Ruby Tuesday. It was supper time and they were packed. I had the coconut shrimp platter and my spouse had the shrimp scampi. We waited quite awhile to order and for our food. It finally came and it was warm. All my spouses noodles were stuck together because the food had already cooled before she brought it to us. My fries were luke warm. It was good to taste, but very disappointing. The portion size was also very small. Now I understand why they offer the salad bar for extra, as a filler, so you get full. We expressed to our waitress that our food was warm. She apologized and said we should’ve told her when we got our food. I think our waitress was too busy running around and our food sat quite sometime before it was served to us.

My husband really enjoyed his seafood pasta. We both enjoyed the salad bar. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. I ordered a new york strip. The first one was more like a chunk of eye of round roast. Flavor was absent. Texture was though and chewy. More gristle than meat. My husband got the manager who brought me a new one. This one at least look like a strip steak but that was about it. The gristle line in it was unbelievable thick. It did have flavor but not a lot. I was extremely disappointed in this. I expected something different from Ruby Tuesday’s. I did appreciate the waitress being attentive and I did appreciate the manager getting me a new one and she took $20 off my bill which is very very kind I just wish my steak would have been a steak. I really feel like the bad steak was not the immediate restaurants fault but more of a corporate issue. Perhaps they just order cheaper meat for these people to have to deal with. Not fair to the employees. This is all just my honest opinion and I don’t feel any employee you should be reprimanded or get a bad review because the food wasn’t good.

My family and I (17 of us) called a head on a Saturday to see if they could accommodate our large party and they said yes! We were very happy to hear this. The overall feeling of the place is welcoming and the food is pretty great but our server, Brittany, was amazing! I highly recommend you ask to sit in her section if you go! Thank you to Brittany for taking such good care of our loud but friendly family!

Was excited to see a Ruby’s as I have not been to one in over ten years. Sadly it was very disappointing. I got the catfish and fries… the fries were horrid and the fish was meh. But that was really over shadowed by the service… after the food was dropped off, did not see the server again until the bill came…. Which still had to wait a while for that once we’re done eating.
When I went to use the ketchup, it shot out all over my plate and table … I used my one napkin that the silverware was wrapped in to clean it up, and waited and waited for the server to come by so I could ask for more, even checked near the salad bar for some, nope… eventually went to the restroom to grab napkins so I could finish cleaning up.
My friend also was disappointed in his cheese and broccoli soup… it came out cold to where the cheese had hardened up.
Should’ve just relied on my memories from years ago.

Twice now my card has been overcharged after using the codes on the rewards for the buy one get one for 3 dollars. And it’s convenient the card readers never have paper to give you a receipt for proof. My husband and I come in once a week or every other week because of the discount but since this seems to be a common issue now we will find a different place for lunches. Also the walls in the booths are completely disgusting covered in who knows what. Never washed down. You can see all the gunk on them.

My children and I are here last week and the service was outstanding! Our waitress was so kind and attentive. I don’t remember her name, but she was working in the bar area, dark hair and it was put up. I truly appreciated her kindness towards my children and I!
