We had a large group. The service was excellent. The server suggested food for us to try. She was very attentive. Another large group sat next to us, and we had an even better time conversing with them. We had the absolute best time!!! Looking forward to going back!

Awful experience had carry out had to wait. Got a half rack of ribs that had four bones and every bite had Gristle. Tater tots were cold! The cheeseburger we got was dry and looked like it was just pre-cooked Patty. The fries with that were cold.
UPDATE- A manager Joshua messaged me and is going to make it right by emailing me a gift card so we will probably give him another chance
SECOND UPDATE! Tried it again once again very disappointing food not even warm a tablespoon of sour cream and butter if that no silverware no salt or pepper fries were cold. This is the zucchini that wasn’t even cooked hardly

My friend and I visited Ruby Tuesday while on a tight schedule and were extremely impressed with the level of service we received. Henry did an outstanding job taking care of us he was very attentive, efficient, and genuinely kind, which made our experience smooth and enjoyable despite our time constraints. Additionally, Josh, the regional manager, took the time to personally greet us, and his professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. The entire experience reflected excellent customer service and a well-managed establishment. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location!!!

Drake has been absolutely amazing the last 2 tes we’ve been in. Tonight we came in after leaving a different restaurant in the area because they were losing people that were on the wait list. We got here and the wait was extremely reasonable. We had an issue with our food not being right, but the manager, Izzy, was on top of it and made it right! Highly recommend!

My husband, sister, and brother in law drove over to Muncie from Anderson this evening to enjoy dinner at Ruby Tuesday. Historically, we have enjoyed the food and salad bar. Today our experience was terrible. The salad bar was barely stocked when we arrived no cheese, no bacon bits, and no eggs. When asked we were told they were out of bacon and discontinued eggs from the bar. Waited over 45 minutes for our food only for the server to come out and tell us the dish my sister ordered (crab stuffed shrimp) was out of stock. Again 45 minutes into our wait for food already she was asked if she would like something else. She declined knowing that it would take another 45 minutes to get an additional meal. When our food was finally brought out it was not good. My husband ordered a Philly cheese steak and fries (pictured below) looked nothing like the menu picture and maybe had 5 pieces of onion and green pepper that can barely be seen under the cheese. Immediately asked for to go boxes to bring our food home due to the fact that it was freezing in the restaurant. The manager Dana never once stepped foot on the floor nor did she make an attempt to come to our table and apologize for the wait or explain way the servers were not told that they were out of certain items. I might also mention that there was maybe 20 people in the entire restaurant. It would appear to me that they have very poor management and very poor kitchen staff. Would’ve given 0 stars if that was an option and would not recommend or be back.

We ordered an appetizer, it took so long to get it we finished our drinks. Then when it was ready they stood around and talked about stuff before bringing it to us. When we got it, it was a hand full of chips with a dap of spinach dip. I ordered a Modelo Especial that was of the list. The servicer gave me a Modelo Amber. When I pointed out the mistake she said, “Well, your lucky, that’s the only one we had.” For two beers, two wines and a crappy appetizer it was $52.00. This place sucked big time!

The deconstructed Kabobs were amazing. Our hostess and waitress were also superb. Makayla was our waitres and made sure we had refills and plate cleared. She was very friendly. Thank you for a great experience.

Great salad bar & food! Plus, service was awesome! Izzy took wonderful care of us and made sure to recommend some of the new dishes to us as well! We had fun trying them and ended up actually really enjoying them! Perfect place for a quick but really delicious meal for your weekdays!

Ate here on Saturday 2/21/26 and will not be returning. Waitress came and took out drink order, then forgot to bring us our drinks. She finally came back to our table atleast 15 minutes later and realized we still had no drinks. I ordered my steak medium and it was completely well done. I handed the waitress my plate that had my steak and fries on it since I had no other way to return the steak, only to be brought out just another steak, guess I was done with my fries. Then they had seated a party of four directly blocking our booth. We literally could not get out of the booth without disturbing the party of four who had to move for us to be able to get out at any point. Absolutely ridiculous to seat someone that close. They may as well have shoved them into our booth with us they were so close. We will not be returning here to eat.

Katie B was great! Even though they were severely understaffed (Katie was the only server there), she took good care of us. She greeted us promptly, checked on us throughout, and did it all with a smile and a wonderful attitude!
