A Word from the Owners… Welcome Back! It’s been a long road for us and many families of this valley. We will never forget that fateful evening of September 7, 2011 and we hope no one will. It changed this Valley forever. Our hope is that you will enjoy our new look and forever take advantage of what the Loyalsock Creek and its Valley has to offer. We offer inside and outside dining. We have a lower patio by the beach and a screened in porch to enjoy your food and beverage in the open air. We have added closable windows to our porch to create a three season outdoor space to protect our guests from wind, rain and cooler weather. We have live music 4 nights a week in the warmer months and have expanded our tiki bar.

Love that there is a choice between sitting outside or inside. Outside has a little side bar and sand pit and games. Inside is a lot quieter if that’s what you’d prefer. Service was absolutely amazing and so was the food. Definitely recommend!

The menu here is extensive and easy to find something for everyone. But the ambience is what makes this restaurant really stand out. The bar area inside is cozy, and the tables outside along the water give way to amazing views of the creek. I got the crab cake sandwich. It was good, but my husband’s roast beef sandwich “The Beast” was even better.

Here’s the story. We were driving through the Montoursville, PA area and we needed lunch and a beer. And then we found Pier 87, an absolutely fantastic spot. Let me put it this way- best service, food, and most importantly, best wings I’ve had in a very long time. FYI- I failed to get a picture of our lunch until we were almost finished, but believe me, it was wonderful!! Needless to say, this is a CAN’T MISS stop. Great beer selection, perfect menu choices, and fantastic decor. The outside boasts a sleek deck and cabana bar, with Adirondack chairs positioned in a sandy strip overlooking a true babbling brook. It was too cold to enjoy the outside setting in late march, but I can only imagine how awesome this deck must be in the summer. Hurry. Set your Google maps for Pier 87, and you won’t be disappointed!!

First trip. We had a great time sitting on the screened porch eating and watching the weather. The food was excellent. We suggest the BBQ pier-ogies. What a great taste! Crab cakes and truck stop roast beef are great choices. If it was a little cooler we may have eaten in the beach!

My sister and I had lunch together on Valentines Day! We split the fish taco wrap and 1/2 dz. Apple maple mustard wings…. Food was amazing, service was good and our waitress was nice. All for under $25!!

Brought mother for her birthday. The waitresses were nice and patient. Food was decent. Lemon drops were horrible but they did accommodate us for them. The next drinks were like virgin drinks. So I would say just get food not any alcoholic beverages here.

One of the best places for hanging out with family or friends. We enjoyed the live music while sitting next to the river and feet on the sand and drinking the Moscow mule while we were waiting for our seats inside for dinner. I really like the pineapple, Moscow Mule!
The Beast was so delicious, and I will try it again. The fish taco sandwich was good but not as good as the Beast one. The servers are super friendly, and prices are reasonable.

The crab cake dinner was delicious! The Pier 87 punch was great too!! Our waitress , Nikki, was attentive and quick with the salad and drinks. We had a wonderful time sitting on the screened in porch enjoying the weather during our meal. Will be back again. The atmosphere was very nice that time of day, not too busy or noisy.

The food menu just looking at it was a little all over the place in items, and pricing. I ended up getting the beer battered haddock and it had a lovely crunch! The inside was a little overdone but not too big a deal. The tar tar tasted like it was just mayo. Had to add lemon and half a pack of sweetener to enhance it.The sides were lackluster however. The veggies were lukewarm and not done nearly enough. The fries were also lukewarm and didn’t taste like anything. Overall I was not too impressed.
Service
Our server was super friendly and very helpful. Same with all of the staff.
Atmosphere
The sand and setup outside was like transporting me to a beach. I love it! The tiki bar needs an actual tiki as a statue or something, but that’s minor. The interior is absolutely beautiful as well. It is clean and well taken care of.
