My friend and I came in on a Saturday night and had a wonderful experience. We were graciously greeted at the door and were sat almost immediately. Maddy was our server and she did a great job..very positive and attentive and had many recommendations for us since it was our first time dining in. The salad bar was also a very nice add on before our meal came out. We will definitely be coming back!

And the zucchini was cooked perfectly. The ribeye was not so good and had a tuff texture about it and was over cooked on half of it. I think it was hand cut and off on size. Or was cooked on a spotty grill. Was disappointed on the amount of the side

I got a scallops dish. They were like tough rubber. I could not cut them with a fork. Very overcooked. My rice was cold and awful. My husband got a steak. He’s 54 and it was probably the worst steak he’s ever had. The salad bar was amazing as always. They are always spot on on their salad bar and awesome warm croutons.

My recent visit to the Ruby Tuesday in Warsaw, IN, was unfortunately disappointing. While my server was friendly and efficient, the overall experience fell short. It’s clear this location is an older one, and it definitely shows. The booth seating was worn and torn, with a noticeable hole in mine. The entire restaurant felt tired and outdated, creating a rather depressing atmosphere. It’s in dire need of a renovation to brighten things up.
I opted for the soup and salad bar. The broccoli cheese soup I ordered arrived barely warm, which was a letdown. The portion size was also surprisingly small, smaller than a typical cup. While it’s an all-you-can-eat option, having to repeatedly ask for more just felt ridiculous. The salad bar itself was average; the ingredients seemed fresh enough, but there wasn’t anything particularly special about it.
Overall, the worn-out atmosphere, lukewarm soup, and small portions left a negative impression. I won’t be returning to this Ruby Tuesday.

We were in Warsaw, IN tonight and decided to stop in at Ruby Tuesday for dinner. I haven’t eaten at a Ruby Tuesday in years since they left Fort Wayne a long time ago. We were not disappointed. I was craving their salad bar and it definitely did not disappoint. It was as good as I remember and had some many items on it. I also got the broccoli cheddar soup. It was ok, I prefer mine to be more seasoned up (it was a little bland), but I added salt & pepper and a little more cheese from the salad bar which made it better. My son had the trio platter which included bbq ribs, chicken tenders and fried shrimp w/fries. It was all good. The best part of the dinner was the excellent & attentive service we received. We sat in the bar and our server was Mary who was the bartender. She checked on us often and was very friendly. She is an employee any business would be lucky to have. We will definitely be back to eat there (it is a 45 min drive each way for us). If you are in Warsaw or driving through I would recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner.

Hands down Ryan was one of the best servers I’ve had. He was attentive and witty, which our whole table appreciated. His bright personality and the great appetizers were the perfect way to end our night after running around all day.

We were greeted by the host/hostess and seated. Sat for 25 minutes and didn’t even get a “hello, I will be with you” or nothing. No drinks no nothing. I work as a server and even on my busiest nights I acknowledge all who are seated. This place needs better management for sure. We got up and walked out. If we would have gotten some sort of communication we might have stayed. Very disappointing

My daughter in laws burger was cooked rare when it was ordered well done. My grandson didn’t receive the marinara sauce requested for his pasta. Sauce was brought to us. Nothing was offered about the burger, no apologies given. Waitress kept forgetting things, apologizing, talked slow & seemed unsure. The hostess looked most unprofessional. This used to be a great place yo eat with great service. Not anymore.
