Had another good visit to this location in the airport. Tyson Airpidoesn’t have many options so this is the best sitdown option available. The dirty martinis were made to perfection. The boys said that the cheeseburgers were absolutely delicious. Our server was fantastic, but one of the ladies at this location was pretty rude to us and is the reason I’m giving a four and not a 5. They do have the salad bar, but we did not have that. I had the queso dip and it was just OK and definitely not something I would order again. The restaurant was kept clean and we would return again whenever we fly through this airport.

The cook apparently does not really care about their craft. Home fries:decent. Western omelette… Slightly overcooked egg, but more importantly, barely cooked inner ingredients…

Also used bacon bits instead of bacon crumbles from cooked bacon.
At this point… Order a coffee or some other drink for breakfast and tip your server.

Had a great hang here before a flight home. Jocie, the bartender, was sweet, attentive and friendly. It was fun to chat with her and Shelby as I enjoyed my beer and potato skins. Can’t wait to be back in Knoxville!!

It was my first time eating at Ruby Tuesday, and the food was great, but what really made the visit special was Jocie. I’d been stuck at the airport all day, and she completely turned my day around with her kindness, attentiveness, and great energy. She made the wait not just bearable but enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend. Ruby Tuesday is lucky to have her!

They were busy and I was still say right away as a party of 1. Sara took care of me quickly and efficiently even though I did have plenty of time. You could tell they are used to working quickly but thorough. The food was better than most airport establishments I have had the pleasure of eating at. My table also had a wall outlet so I was able to charge my phone as well.

Stopped in there for lunch on January 19. Everything was perfect. The hostess was very friendly and polite as was our waitress. I got the fish and chips. My husband got a burger. Everything was perfect. In fact, it’s some of the best fish and chips. I’ve had in a really long time. I got a nice size serving of perfectly cooked fries and four fish fillets on top. It wasn’t greasy. It was perfectly crisp without any fishy taste.
My husband burger was really good and really really tall.. they don’t skimp on portions there.
It was very easy to get staffs attention to get our check when we were ready to go, which is important in an airport. Excellent all around.
I wish I had taken pictures cause the food looked just as good as it tasted.

My husband and I stopped by Ruby Tuesday on our way home from Knoxville on evening and were seated immediately. We each ordered the sirloin cooked medium with grilled zucchini and a baked potato. Everything was cooked to perfection and was amazingly delicious. With their BOGO entree for $3 on the app, it was a super deal. Jennifer was very attentive provided great service, too. We will definitely be back.

With an hour to spare before my flight, I decided on the “unlimited” salad bar as a healthy option. On my first trip through, there was two scoops of lettuce, one piece of brocolli and nearly every single other topping was about empty.
We waited for more than 15 minutes for someone to refill the salad at the salad bar and witnessed 3 or 4 other people try to get a salad including a flight attendant wanting a to go option.
We asked at least 3 different servers for help and they said someone was working on it, but no one actually addressed the problem. They had one man (the dishwasher apparently) working the salad bar for a completely full restaurant. He began refilling the salad bar one or two items at a time likely between turns at washing dishes. Note to the manager (Michelle): It is not his fault alone.
After waiting over 30 minutes for the actual LETTUCE to be refilled (the last item he refilled), I decided that I wouldn’t have time to finish my second trip through.
There were servers as well as a manager standing around at various points with no immediate task at hand but still no one jumped in to actually help or solve the problem. At a location where travelers are often in a hurry or pressed for time, this kind of service is inexcusable on a SALAD BAR.
While the manager did ultimately comp the salad bar on our ticket, the point was that she, herself, should have addressed the issue after it was raised to her.
Overall, really poor service from a location that should be able to manage high volume and quick turnaround.
Two stars for REALLY cold beer and the fact that our server was quite apologetic about the situation.

The airport was absolutely nuts because of all the cancellations. 30 min wait for a table but totally understandable. Sat at bar. Karson, the bartender had never bartended before. The regular didn’t come in so she was thrown to the wolves but she did amazing. One of the folks sitting next to me was a bartender and helped her by giving her pointers. Great experience and even better service

My fried mushrooms looked nothing like the picture. I didn’t have a single whole mushroom, just bits and pieces. When I mentioned my disappointment to the server, she said yeah, I know. I wrote to corporate, too, but never heard back. Also, they were so busy that I had to eat at a table in the concourse.
