Burger King is always a go to for me for a double cheeseburger with bacon and mustard Only when I went in this establishment. Everybody behind the counter was so dry not welcoming not welcome to Burger King. Nothing no effort with customer service at all no hairnet on then you have a young lady working there with crocheted braids in her head down to the floor that is very unsanitary and then once again no hairnets on anybody in the store Now I must say the store did look clean but customer service if I could get them a -0 they would have that nobody had customer service skills at all these establishments failed to realize the people that you have at your front of your store on your register represents your establishment and they need to hold these young Adult accountable or I guess these young adults are just gonna be stuck working at Burger King because if they don’t have no personality, they’re just not gonna be in the work field of 9 to 5. It was just terrible.

I ordered a Texas double Whopper, a whopper Jr. and an 8 PC churro fries through the app for pickup at this Burger King on 127th Ashland. Here are the issues I had with this location;
1. The drive thru was backed up and didn’t move for over 15 minutes.
2. I decided to walk in to pickup my order only to be served with an attitude.
3. The store is completely understaffed. There was only 3 workers 1 in drive thru one on the grill and the manager.
4. Because it was short staff the wait for my order was long.
5. I get my meal, drive home and bite into my sandwich to find a random piece of plastic.
I immediately drove back to the restaurant to get a refund only for the manager to tell me to go online and get a refund. NO apology, NO accountability. They just smirked at me and said “I don’t know how to deal with that, we can’t help you because it was an app order.” SO basically if you order through app and your meal is screwed up the store would not help you. It’s not even about the refund, it’s the zero accountability and responsibility by the staff at this store. BE wary of this location, make time for the long wait to order and check your food for random objects.

I received an original chicken sandwich with it wrapped half way and in my bag with the fries on top. I immediately went back in there and went off on the cook! The manager was standing there looking stupid after I told her I used to work at Burger King and showed her the correct way to wrap a sandwich. Tampering with someone’s food is a felony in the state of Illinois. But then again, you only need a high school diploma not even that to work there.

This right here is why I should never bother with fast food. First, they make me wait an absurd amount of time. After about five minutes, someone finally bothers to tell me they’re “waiting on the onion rings.” Fine. Then I get my order—actually, two bags for some reason. Odd, since I only ordered a Whopper Jr. and a small onion ring. Neither bag was even closed properly.
I get home, open them up, and what do I find? A half-full onion ring container—seriously, maybe six rings—tossed in with a handful of their disgusting fries. The other bag? A full container of those gross, flavorless fries next to my burger.
Completely unacceptable. Zero attention to detail, zero care, and zero reason for me to waste my money on this nonsense again.

I asked for a bacon and cheese jr whooper instead I got a cheeseburger then the wrapping was all torn up this is not the first time this happened but now I’m tired of them messing up my food and I’m 6 months pregnant why can’t I get my food how I order it and it’s always when that young girl with the glasses work take the order correctly and went over my order and still got it wrong

This Burger King I have mixed feelings about. The food is generally good, The service is okay to rude, and the atmosphere sucks. My overall assessment is there is always ALWAYS an issue. I’ve only visited three times and it was a smooth process. Either there system is down, they are out of whatever item I ordered, only taking cash, or yesterday they closed early due to “an incident”. This is the most unreliable Burger King you could ever visit. If you visit here be mindful to have second option for a meal preference ready to go.
