This place is awful; I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again. I wouldn’t even work here if I was desperate for money.
The atmosphere was old and dingy and worn out.
The service wasn’t even what I would consider passable by any means. No sense of urgency, crazy wait times for basic proteins and sides.
The food was overcooked, and undercooked; the portions were small for the prices listed and the quality of ingredients was horrible.
Lettuce that was well past turning; mushy tomato, burnt meat. The fries were limp and room temp by the time they came out to the table.
It’s a slow Tuesday night? Why is food not coming out of the kitchen perfect with barely any tickets to fire?
Completely unacceptable food and service as a whole.
Ordered what I thought was some hot, trendy “Mukbang Burger” smash sliders via Postmates, expecting those soft, sweet King’s Hawaiian rolls and decent, fresh patties. What showed up instead was a cold, sad, lazy excuse for food from the Ruby Tuesday at 1826 Fort Campbell Blvd that clearly couldn’t be bothered to even pretend to care.
The burgers were slapped together with zero effort — cold as a corpse, flavorless, and served on the same tired old traditional slider buns they’ve been using since the 90s. I specifically paid extra for bacon on those sliders, but apparently asking for basic add-ons is too much for this kitchen. They couldn’t even handle that.
Called to complain, and the manager on duty casually admitted (like it was no big deal) that General Manager Ashley and Assistant GM “Quick” have straight-up directed staff to keep using the cheap, boring default buns instead of what the Mukbang menu advertises. Oh, and surprise — mine wasn’t the only angry call that day. Multiple people got ripped off the same way.
We took one bite, realized it was inedible garbage, and immediately threw the whole thing in the trash. Wasted money, wasted time, wasted hope for a decent burger.
If you’re thinking about ordering from “Mukbang Burger” on any delivery app around here — don’t. It’s just Ruby Tuesday’s ghost-kitchen cash grab, and they’re phoning it in so hard they might as well be out of business. Avoid this location like the plague unless you enjoy cold disappointment and broken promises.
**Pro tip:** Save your money and grill your own sliders. It’ll be warmer, tastier, and infinitely less infuriating.
I was so disappointed in my to go experience yesterday. I usually go during the week and dine in when the service is phenomenal. The manager is attentive; he comes to check on people the waiter that’s there during the week; She’s on top of everything, but I ordered a to-go order this weekend and it was the most disgusting food I have ever had. The salmon was undercooked.
I ordered two salmon meals, one a grilled salmon, one a bourbon salmon with the zucchinis on both, rice on one, and mashed potatoes on the other the bourbon juice was draining all under the zucchini all into the potato.
The portion size were ridiculous..had 4 zucchini..pea size mash potatoes..salmon was literally the size of sticky note. The meal was just nasty(both of them)… I had got the Bogo deal and it was nasty. I wanted to take it back so bad but I did not have time. This has ruined my experience to even go eat during the week.
