As soon as I walked in the door I knew I was in for it. The staff was all very nice, but the professional look and feel of the atmosphere was sub par for a “Brand” restaurant. After our drink order, my wife made her salad from their bar (nice, clean and stocked) but we had no silverware. After requesting some, waiting and then sourcing our own after 10 minutes she could finally enjoy. We placed our orders and waited 15 minutes for the “Manager” to come tell us they were out of the kids meal my son wanted. He chose another meal and we continued eating salad from the salad bar. After 30 minutes had past my son finally received his food. They even threw in some free dessert, which usually is a nice treat for the mishaps in the dining experience. But, customer satisfaction is one thing, ignorant customer satisfaction is completely different….after my son finished his desert they brought out the bill, I never even received my meal!!! Complete miss management, no pride in service and every table in our area had issues tonight. Not pleased

The last time, the food was pretty rough. Baked potato was old. Salad bar not cleaned up or stocked. But everyone has a bad day. We enjoy the atmosphere and also like a salad bar. Waiter was good and friendly. Attentive. Food much better this time.

The food isn’t great. I ordered my favorite Ruby meal, a simple cheeseburger, medium, and it was cooked into a brown hockey puck. Beyond well done. So well done it tasted funny. Not the best Ruby Tuesday I’ve been to.

We took advantage of the offer of buy one entree and get a hamburger free. My husband loves hamburgers. He had the Ruby Tuesday Prime with fries. His friend had the sirloin steak and they both said it was very good. I had Pot Stickers and they were good also. Good service also! Kevin was our waiter.

The most horrible experience ever. The waitress could not get our drink orders right, there were 6 of us total and 3 of us had to change our drinks because they did not taste right. The waitress kept saying she would have to change it on our ticket, first of all, we had not even received our food yet. Second of all, one of the guest at our table ordered the Spinach and Artichoke dip as an appetizer, but never received it, the waitress kept saying it was cooking, about 30 mins later a cook from the kitchen brought our entrees and the guest said she never got her appetizer and the cook said he gave it away to someone else, because it has just been sitting there and it was starting to turn yellow. When my 2 cheeseburger sliders came out, the buns were so cold as if they had just been taken out of the refrigerator. I had my sister to feel the buns, and then had the waitress to feel the buns, The waitress took the plate away and brought it back saying, the kitchen put the buns on the grill. Who in their right mind would serve their guest food that 3 people had put their hands on for them to eat???? I asked for a manager and explained the issues that were going on, he said a lot of customers don’t like their sweet tea, because it’s not sweet enough and they only put 1 1/2 Cup of sugar in it instead of 4 cups, because they would run out of sugar ever week. Then he said he would take off the sliders from my ticket, but I would still have to pay for the salad from the garden bar because I had eaten some of it. Clearly he could see that I had a full plate of salad and had barely touched it!! I refused to pay $9.99 for something that I only had 3 bites of, and because I was so disgusted with the service, my appetite was gone!!! The manager sends a regular employee (another waitress) out to talk to us about the service. Why would a manager send a waitress out to handle his job?? He no longer needs to be a manager, since he did not want to take on the responsibility of his role or take ownership of the situation. The Corporate office of Ruby Tuesday will hear from me and 3 of the other guests that were at the table. This was beyond disgraceful!!!!!! This restaurant does not even deserve 1 star!!!

Salad bar was not stocked, service was bad (polite, but did not refill drinks, we had to ask), food was bad, ordered loaded potato with meal received sweet potato fries, had to wait for potato. The biscuits with the other meal we’re hard as rocks, could not bite into them. Steak was fatty and stringy.

Took us 10 minutes to get silverware for our salads. I asked for silverware, then had to go find someone which ended up being our waitress who responded with “They never brought you any?” Not sure who they are considering she is the one I asked for silverware. About 15 minutes after our order was taken, the manager came out to let us know there were no kids pizza, that he forgot to let the waitress know they were out. So we changed our order. The replacement was brought out. She also brought the kids out icecream and balloons in an attempt of redemption I suppose. The waitress brought us the check and tells us she only charged us for my husband’s meal. The problem with this is that he never got the steak he ordered. In a aha moment, she closed her eyes and took off with the ticket. She ended up only charging us for the garden bar he ate. We were there entirely too long. I was grateful that we got such a big discount and the kids got treats, but disappointed that they didn’t do better overall. Unless they make some big changes, they will be headed for closure as there were 2 other tables around us with their own issues. Not sure why they can’t seem to get it together.

The best part of my meal was the awesome salad bar. Fresh and clean and a decent selection of veggies and salads(potatoe salad, coleslaw, pasta salad ect). I could of just had that and been content. My meal was just as good. I had dirty rice as side and it was good. Server was great. Ruby Tuesday is not a normal stop for us, but on this Sun it was spot on. 7/29.We will return!

Waitress needs retraining. We had a long conversation with manager. She my credit card from someone else ticket. 45.00. Mansaget deleted it but will take 2 days to have it come off my bank account. Of course I still had to pay my bill of 60.00. Manager didn’t even compensate me for this inconvenience. I am not happy
