Ordered ribs steak and shrimp combo. And turned it because the steak was over cooked. And the ribs were extremely tough. Decided to get the Tbone medium and it was also tough and overcooked. Just figured had to eat something so dealt with it but very disappointed in the quality of the steaks. Very tough also. But our server Miss Crissy was absolutely wonderful and helpful.

I look forward to traveling and finding a Ruby Tuesdays that is still open. BUT I don’t understand why this location is still open? Our server was very friendly and did a great job with the lack of support that she had. The restaurant was warm and humid inside. The drinks were sweating and leaving puddles on the table. The salad bars plates were full of water droplets and the cold bar it’s surrounded in was a chunk of melty ice. The floor was very slick/greasy and had lots of food remnants. The menus we were handed were also damp and sticky. It took 30 minutes for a burger and fries and boneless wings and fries to come out of the kitchen. The food was tasteless and warm at best. The salad bar needed attention and when it finally was refilled the new ingredients were plopped on top of the old. When I went to google to leave this review I then saw it’s actually being sponsored. In my opinion you’re wasting advertising dollars when you should be investing them into hiring more staff and properly training them. I hope this location gets some corporate support or it will sadly be another Ruby Tuesday’s to close its doors. The manager was visible but he never acknowledged any of the tables/guests. He just stood by the kitchen waiting for the very long ticket time food to come out but never helped to deliver or cook any of it. I do not recommend this location and it pains me to leave this review.

Online, we ordered off their promotional menu. For $4.99 each (plus tax and tip) I got their smash burger with fries and my wife got a chicken sandwich with tater tots. This was cheaper than eating fast food and much better. The food was truly excellent.

This review is solely about server Marissa. We asked to be seated on the opposite side of the restaurant that the hostess originally sat us in. Marissa was very busy with alot of tables but she accepted the challenge of serving one more. She was very friendly, fast, extremely professional and checked on us periodically after we received our food which other servers at other places forget to do. We greatly appreciate a server like her. She is a true asset to any company. Thank you Marissa!

We have been coming to the Riverview, location for a few years. We have always enjoyed the reasonable prices, good food and service.
We have recently had the pleasure of having Taylor as our server and she is fantastic. Quick, prompt service, along with a fun personality and knowledge of all aspects of the menu.
During this recent visit, our salad bar was exceptional. Crisp, fresh veggies and fruit. It is a good add on to a meal or a stand alone meal.
Follow the FB page and you will be surprised by the great specials they offer daily on food and drinks. It seems to be an overlooked establishment, but you cant go wrong here

This Ruby Tuesday’s is a hidden gem! It has great staff who are very attentive and our waitress, Taylor, was the best! She put up with all my crazy requests. I tend to go to Ruby Tuesday’s because my husband and I don’t cook, so with the deals they offer we can get a lot of great meals for the week. There’s a lot of variety on the menu and it’s just about the best you can get without breaking the bank.

The manager Mike was standing at a table behind me talking to the customers sitting there and he was telling them about every surgery that he has had. He was bad mouthing Brandon Hospital, which is actually an excellent hospital. They saved my husband’s life. He went into graphic detail about his surgery and the size of the pins and rods and blood clots that ended up in his lungs. My back was to him, but I had the impression he was showing them pictures on his phone. Then he went into the fact that his mother was German and she had ovarian cancer and went to Mexico for treatment. Then he was talking about frankincense and cranberry juice and other oils. I had to listen to that for 45 minutes while trying to enjoy my meal. My server was absolutely fabulous. Her name was ALEXSA. So upbeat and friendly and took excellent care of me. She apologize profusely when I told her how unprofessional it was for a manager to hold customers hostage and tell them all about his surgeries and health issues and his mother’s health issues. Honestly, before I go back, I will call and make sure that Mike is not on duty the day that I go because I don’t want to be stuck, listening to him drone on and on about his life‘s problems. The food is good definitely worth going to have a meal there and like I said my server was outstanding however, listening to Mike made my visit to Ruby Tuesday very unpleasant hence the three star rating.

Taylor was FANTASTIC! She made our Ruby’s experience wonderful. She went above and beyond and both my kids absolutely loved her.
Also, the smash burger was delicious along with the salad bar. Definitely will be back again!
