Love thisss place. Today was my first time here but its been on my radar for a minute because the reviews were consistently good everytime I tap in to check and see where we should go next. Our server was one of the bartenders, I didnt get her name but she had long blonde hair and was very bubbly and kind. The atmosphere was clean, inviting and warm. Now to my favorite part…that food!!! Ughh..first off happy hour was such a steal with the half off appetizers. We ordered Calamari, the trappist trio and the buffalo wings….amazing. Calamari was so perfect.. honestly something id have expected from a fancy steakhouse. Everything in that trapping trip came out hot and fresh and crunchy…and the wings were lovely..I was in heaven. I gotta come back for the rest of those apps for sure..and an actual meal too.

Overall a really nice place for a group, but too loud for an intimate date night. Food is very good and fresh made. The aioli that comes with the side of fries is wonderful, but doesn’t come included with the fries you get in a meal. The seasonal bread pudding was a knockout. I really loved the Heart’s Promise cocktail, it was a nice twist on a margarita.

The wait was surprisingly short, less than 30 mins on a Saturday night. The Bavarian Pretzel was very good. The burgers are very good. The Fish & Chips are great. The cod is beer battered and is very tender. Overall a excellent place to eat and the food has great portion for the money.

Absolutely loved this place! Such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere — perfect for relaxing with friends. The food was amazing: the soft pretzel was warm and fresh, the shrimp appetizers were delicious, and the tacos were full of flavor. Plus, they brew their own beer, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Blown away! I am stunned at the changes in the kitchen as well as the brewery. What Nick, the new brewer, has been able to accomplish in a year’s time is worthy of an expose in a local news paper. The beer options and quality have gone through the roof. The kitchen and menu have seen equally noteworthy improvements. I cannot begin to speak well enough of the positive changes this place has gone through. From staffing to infrastructure, to menu to quality of food, Lucky Monk must have a talisman of great providence.
Madison, the bartender on duty when I was there, was an absolute gem. She knows what she is doing. Customer service and knowledge of the restaurant were on display in force. I will be recommending The Lucky Monk to everyone I know and meet for the foreseeable future. Thank you Madison and Nick for a joyous noontime respite. Cheers to you both! Traveling from down south, I like to research local places and The Lucky Monk made the list to try – it did NOT disappoint! Had the 4-time Dilation Hazy IPA and the Smoke Daddy IPA BBQ. Really good brew and amazing burger cooked perfectly to requested temperature. The Sweet Potato Fries were unlike any I’d had before and far beyond what I expected. Service was fantastic – Ervin was a great server. Next time I’m in town, I’ll be back.

Another night out and another new to us restaurant. Lucky Monk had tables on the patio and the greeter lead us out onto a stunning setting (pictures to follow). We decided to split a dinner salad and one of their signature burgers, adding a $3 “why not” order of loaded tater tots. The patio seating overlooked gardens and a pond. Weather this night was near perfect, it all added up to an enjoyable time
Food came out fairly fast, the chef split the salad into two bowls which worked out well. I cut our burger and dished it up. But my first bite was loaded tots, crispy, Gooey, real bacon and fresh green onion. Outstanding, start to the meal. Next was the chopped salad, cold as a salad should be, really fresh produce, and a unique dressing brought it all together nicely. Burger was next, two thin smashed patties. Their two pattie burger had usual lettuce, tomato, and onions. Brioche bun slathered with signature sauce added up to a substantial good old American Cheese burger.
Meal was very reasonable at just over $20 each all in. Lucky Monk is worthy of a second visit.

The food was amazing!!! I had the new spinach artichoke dip and pesto farfalle with shrimp. So good!!!
My only request would be bread of some kind, like garlic bread, with the pasta. That would be perfect. Didn’t want to waste any sauce!!! It was phenomenal!!

I was there with my family the other night. Luisa was very attentive to all of us and made our night easy. We never had to wait for drinks or condiments or anything. She was so polite and went over any questions we had about the food and drinks. Food was great, highly recommend the big pretzel, it was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!
