You never wonder why many of these are closing down. The main attraction to Ruby Tuesday has always been the salad bar. Had to ask to replenish things including the croutons.
The food took awhile to get even though we ordered simple things. App came out at the same time as the dinner. The service was fine (side bar it’s wild they don’t allow their employees to eat, but pay full price), cheese sticks were mediocre with half not even having cheese in them and the entree was fine.
Overall, just an underwhelming experience.

I spent $70 last night buying a meal from this place and it was the worst experience. I ended up ordering ribs, shrimp, and a steak. It was delivered with a baked potato that was half cooked. I called. I got a hold of the assistant that was completely clueless after five phone calls having to listen to their automation that will not allow you to select manager. You get a voicemail that’s full. Finally, I get this guy on the phone. He can’t make a decision but he keeps telling me he’s going to investigate this immediately. he told me he was gonna have a manager call me. I have heard nothing. My ribs came with a gallon of barbecue sauce two napkins, my shrimp was not cooked all the way it had no cocktail sauce no ketchup no anything. The baked potato that was undercooked had no salt no pepper. My steak was not cooked properly. The shrimp sucked and I had to use a hotel washcloth because I didn’t have any napkins and they don’t allow you to ask for anything when you order. We had these restaurants in Orlando and I used to enjoy it not anymore. The management could care less and shows and how they deliver and respond.

Been here a couple of times and enjoyed our experience. We always get seated right away, and they’re kid friendly, offering either booster seats or high chairs. The food is great with decent portion sizes and comes out within 20 minutes of ordering. This is a good place to come eat, especially after getting shopping done!

Went for the salad bar. I like that when I’m craving a big salad I can drop into Ruby Tuesday. It’s not perfect but has all the varieties.
I also got the daily special of a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. The spicy factor is the red hot sauce over the chicken patty and it was just ok. Reminded me of cafeteria food.
The jalapeño queso burger had no seasoning in the patty so ended up not eating it.
I recommend the salad bar but the food is a hit of a miss as it is a chain restaurant. They do have good daily specials if you end up catching one of them. Our waitress Melissa was so nice though! She was great and attentive.

Visited the Ruby Tuesday on hwy 98 and was immediately intrigued by their brand new (released on May 1) TexMex Fajitas. To begin with, I asked my steak fajitas to have been cooked “medium” at most. They came well to well done. But I ate them because that’s what the reviews are all about. It was a one star lunch but I gave the experience here two stars because of good service. The seasoned black beans and cilantro lime rice was actually very good. Better than I expected them to be. But it is NOT TexMex. It had no real TEXMEX flavoring or spice to it….I’m not sure what spice was actually on my steak but it wasn’t TexMex.
Just over cooked steak with a sautéed ball of soggy veggies to accompany it. I will try this again at another RT and see if it was just the cook or the “newness” of the dish. But it was not good.
I will say our waitress/server Julie B was great, as always. We’ve gotten her several times. So the service is good here. But the food was slow to come out and was not what I felt like should have been served. We will go back. It’s a good RT but just missed on this dish. Sorry guys. Some days it’s a miss.

Just spent 85$ to eat a terrible cut of ribeye that was not tender at all. My “loaded” baked potato barely had any toppings on it. It also was tiny and appeared to have been microwaved. Just overall a very bad experience. Sorry but for 85$ I expect a lil more.

Quite disappointed in the food and the service. Our waitress was very inattentive and never brought a a refill I asked for. My husband steak was rare not medium as requested and very fatty. Disappointing way to start our vacation.

We have become Sunday afternoon regulars. We sit at the same table every time, ask for and get our favorite waitress (Erin) who takes exceptional care of us. Also I’d like to comment on the manager ( I’m embarrassed I forgot his name) who is always so pleasant and tells us – if anything is ever wrong he’ll do everything he can to fix it. His personality is noteworthy.
