The best McDonald’s in the Westland/Wayne area. Only competition they really have is the canton location 10 minutes down the street.
The morning crew kick ass.
The afternoon shift is arguably the best, but can be beat but morning depending on the day.
And even the midnight guys are pretty consistent (even if in dead last).
You get a pretty consistent quality of food here and that’s something I enjoy!

I don’t even know where to start with how disappointing this visit was. I went through the drive-thru for a quick lunch, ordered a Big Mac combo and some nuggets. What I got was a complete disaster.
The “Big Mac” was slapped together like it was an afterthought – the patties were dry and overcooked, the lettuce was wilted and brown, and there was barely any sauce. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The fries were cold, soggy, and undersalted – basically limp potato sticks. The nuggets were somehow both burnt on the outside and cold in the middle. How do you even manage that?
The service was rude and slow. The employee at the window barely acknowledged me, mumbled something incoherent, and handed me the bag without a receipt. When I realized my order was missing the drink, I had to go inside, where I waited 10 minutes just to get a flat, watery Coke.
The place itself was filthy – sticky tables, trash overflowing, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. For a fast-food chain that’s supposed to be “fast,” this location is an embarrassment to the brand.
McDonald’s used to be reliable for cheap, quick food. This visit made me question why I ever bothered. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Just left the drive thru with two orders. The second one was incorrect. As much as I love spicy food, I didn’t even know the spicy nuggets were on the menu. I ordered regular and received spicy, cool no issue. I ordered honey mustard sauce and got ranch… and french fries from both orders, hard and cold.
That’s all.

Gregory was so incredibly kind even though there were only a few words exchanged through the drive through his energy everything such a kind person really made a difference in my day!!

I should’ve went to White Castle. When you modify your food there you get exactly what you ordered. Here you get whatever they feel like making because these employees are doing you as a customer a favor.

Y’all‘s got the worst attitude here and if y’all didn’t like your job go find somewhere else to work because every time I come in here, everyone has a poor attitude or getting orders wrong. You guys want 20 an hour then fix your attitude and do your job right. Idk how they are still open and no management is not taking the extra length to get there workers attitudes corrected. And the lady with blonde hair what’s her name Pam. She worked at Ecorse or river rouge and her employees sucked there too. You need to find better management and employees that actually care about customers service. Because that was terrible you guys forgot my pop and my two small fries while I’m parked in this little parking spot. Greg and Takaya ( if I’m spelling it right) should not be accountable for this because they have helped me while I’m getting frustrated and apologize to my frustration because I’ve been on the other side but I do not understand. Why is this so complicated to get orders correct. Now I get to go home and eat cold chicken nuggets and hot french fries with the three-year-old whose birthday is today thanks for making her birthday a wonderful with cold food. And the manager gave me an attitude when I told her my pop was wrong that’s wild. Be more professional and just change the order if it’s wrong.

then when someone did see me she told him to hide too then i peaked around the corner and they are both there looking at me
i said i just wanted a few sauces and she replies “we’re busy” ……. she was standing there waiting for me to leave ….. go anywhere but here

Little girl at cash out drive through is a thief! My order was 30 dollars and some change so I have her 40$. She closes the drawer and hands me 4 and some change back. When I counted she said oh you missing a 5 and hands it to me out her other hand. Awfully bold of her to think she can just keep my change? Make sure to count your change or its going right into her pocket.

Corporate needs to get rid of their awful Two lane system. No other restaurant has this for a reason. I’ve never gone through here and not had someone cut in front of me. Countless times have I waited in line and someone show up after me yet still get served first. Other than that there’s nothing wrong with this McDonald’s The service and staff are great. But corporate needs to learn from their mistake.

I visited today, October 26th, around 3:50 PM, and whoever was working the drive-thru windows absolutely made my day! I’ve been collecting the Boo Buckets and had only gotten white and orange ones so far, but they went above and beyond to make sure I got a green one to further my collection. To say I’m happy would be an understatement!
