We have always enjoyed our visits. Salad bar is always the best. Tonight my husband ordered a rare ribeye steak. We received a rare sirloin steak. When my husband confronted the waitress of the error, she went to the back to speak to the cook. She came back and said the cook said it was a sirloin and the check would reflect so. About 15 minutes later she came back to the table to tell us she double checked with the manager and was told it was a ribeye steak. When we paid, we were in fact charged for a ribeye. We didn’t argue about the bill, we just paid for the meal and tipped the waitress and informed her that we did not appreciate the service and would not ever be returning to the restaurant. She said she didn’t want the situation to keep us from coming again. My husband informed her that he was a butcher, he knew his cuts of meat and knew he received and was charged for meat he did not receive. This is after the back and forth with the kitchen and the manager. She said we could call the next day and get it straightened out. Absolutely not. We should not have to do that, it should have been dealt with when we voiced our concerns. Trying to take advantage of customers is not a good look. How is someone going to look a butcher in the eye and tell him he doesn’t know what cut of meat they served him.

I recently visited the Ruby Tuesday at 2171 Post Oak Ln, in Marianna, FL. After a long day traveling and visiting springs in the area I stopped by to grab a drink and a snack. I sat in the somewhat small bar area where the bartender was kept busy. I ordered a couple of drinks and ordered a coconut shrimp appetizer. It was a nice time spent

Place was easy to find and easy to get in and out of. Place was very clean, and salad bar was well stocked. The soup (broccoli and cheese) was great! Staff was helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this place in our one trip that we went here.

The good…waitress 5 star, salad bar 5 star.

The not so good…steak ordered WELL done, came barely seared and pouring bright red blood. Cook has no clue, 1 star. Also the atmosphere was so cold that our feet, face and hands were ice cold by the time we left, 1 star. We are locals and this won’t be on our weekly night out list.

Celebrated a birthday with family. I had a steak and a giant salad from the salad bar. Hubby always gets the Cajun seafood dish. Everything was delicious. Yes, we shared. One thing is always true,”Their food is deliciously consistent.” The wait staff were on top of things. The salad bar was clean and well stocked, with a yummy selection of veggies and other crunching things. Nice and cozy spot. Well lit, for old eyes. Enjoyable atmosphere and decor. Reasonable prices.

Haley seated us and did an awesome jobs keeping tabs and delivering any items needed with our meals. Tonight I tried the new shrimp and scallops meal. Which comes with rice pilaf and broccoli. I also added salad bar which was amazing several items to choose from and very fresh. The seafood was very good and came out hot. My husband had the Ultimate chicken sandwich which comes with bacon and honey glaze was very yummy hint of spicey but gets sticky. He also added salad bar tonight . We were visited by the evenings manager Chuck. He was friendly and informative. Thanks guys

We live nearby so we come here a good bit but today the hostess was on her phone leaning on the podium. She never looked around to check on the salad bar ( no croutons no bacon bits chese was low ND just not very clean). Then a couple comes in with a dog not a service animal because the little white dog was all on the floor rolling and stirring up his hair. I have to say this visit was by far the worse I have had here. Service was great our waiter was very nice. Yall need to tighten up before yall lose all business.

One Of The Worst Burgers I Have Had In Years BUT Custom Service IS On Point!

I just spent about twenty dollars on an American double smash burger with tater tots from Ruby Tuesday, plus DoorDash fees, for a total of around twenty seven dollars. For that price, I expected at least a decent sit down restaurant quality meal. What I received was one of the worst burgers I have had in recent memory and a small handful of tater tots that barely counted as a side.

My order was very simple, and very clear, American double smash burger and tater tots, no lettuce, add mustard. That is it. What showed up was a sad, poorly made burger, maybe ten tater tots at most, and the mustard tossed on the side in a container. This is a full service sit down restaurant, and they could not be bothered to actually sauce the burger the way it was ordered.

If a restaurant cannot manage a basic burger with mustard and a normal portion of tots, it shows a complete lack of care for the customer and for the food they are putting out. At twenty seven dollars after fees, this meal felt like an insult, not a treat.

I will not be ordering from this Ruby Tuesday again, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering it to think twice before spending their money here. For this price point there are far better options that actually respect both your order and your wallet.

***Update: After posting this review, I received a courteous call from a local manager who took responsibility for the issue and followed up the same day with a dining certificate. I appreciate the prompt, human response. I plan to return and evaluate the in-restaurant experience separately.
