The service was great. The food was good. Our server brought out fresh, hot rolls before our meal. I ordered the Roadhouse Steak Cobb salad and it was delicious. The salad was huge and very filling.

My sister and I went in to eat, they wanted to seat us by the door. M7 sister asked of we could not be seated by the door and the girl got a attitude. Upon being seated and getting our waters another gentleman came in after us he was quickly given rolls while we waited . The server came to get our order and we still did not have rolls so we asked for them, and I guess for punishment she was taking a long time to get our order so we just left. I could see if the restaurant was full of people but it wasn’t so asking to be seated somewhere else shouldn’t have been a big deal.

Poor service, improper food prep, kitchen staff is more concerned with partying than properly cooking the food. Management couldn’t care less when brought to his attention. Both orders were cooked wrong, no offer to fix it, no apology that it wasn’t right, just a simple statement of I will take one off your ticket. Incredibly disappointed that this location has run down hill like it has. Used to be a good place to go and have a nice meal at but not anymore, I have gotten better quality and service from drive throughs.

The steak was tough ,the patoto tasted like yesterday’s leftovers and my salad was drenched with ranch dressing I guess to cover the pink lettuce which also tasted old.
The sweet tea was really good . The rolls were great.
For the 150$ I paid I would never eat here again.
The waitress should go somewhere else she was top notch and I did tip her beishe earned it. Kept our glasses of tea full and kept the rolls coming. Outside of the rolls our food was awful and wish I had taken my $ to Roadhouse.

I visited Logan’s Roadhouse around 3:30 PM for an early dinner. The restaurant was lightly occupied at the time, which made the overall pace of the meal surprising.
Service
The standout of the visit was our server. She was genuinely friendly, attentive, and consistently pleasant throughout the meal. Drinks (a Dr Pepper and a Vanilla Coke) arrived promptly, and she checked in at appropriate intervals without hovering. Her service was easily the strongest element of the experience.
Starters
While we didn’t order an appetizer, the complimentary hot rolls were a highlight. They arrived warm, soft, and freshly baked, with plenty of butter. A simple but very well-executed start to the meal.
Entrées
Country Fried Steak
I ordered the Country Fried Steak with a baked potato and Logan’s seasoned rice.
The steak was crisp and well-fried, though otherwise fairly standard.
The baked potato was generous in size and cooked properly.
The seasoned rice was surprisingly flavorful and ended up being the most memorable part of the dish.
Overall, the entrée was solid and satisfying, but not exceptional.
Surf & Turf
My guest ordered the Surf & Turf with the steak prepared rare. Unfortunately, it arrived medium-well. Because the entrées took approximately 45 minutes to reach the table despite the restaurant not being busy, we chose not to send it back.
The surf portion included two crab cakes and shrimp. The shrimp were cooked well and had good flavor.
The crab cakes, however, were mostly filler and lacked the richness or texture you’d expect from a higher-quality version.
Her sides included a house salad and a sweet potato. The sweet potato, generously topped and well-cooked, was excellent.
Timing & Overall Experience
The biggest drawback of the visit was the pacing. A 45-minute wait for entrées is unexpected at mid-afternoon in a quiet dining room. While the food ranged from “good” to “just okay,” the extended delay affected the overall impression.
Final Thoughts

Out of all the steak houses I have been to I would have to say this was the worst I’ve ever been in. We ordered ribeye medium. And a sirloin medium, it took 45 minutes mind you the restaurant only had a handful for people in there and they both came out well well done like shoe leather. I guess you can’t get a good steak at a streak house! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, this places should be closed to train the cooks how to cook a steak, and train the manager how to manage because she didn’t know how to handle the situation at all

I took my wife and 4 kids to this particular Logan’s and we was greeted with probably the worst door greeter/person that takes you to your table.
After we got to the table our waitress was awesome, she was so sweet to all of our kids and went above and beyond what all she had to do.
Now the food, I ordered the 16oz ribeye med well and imo it was the best hamburger I’ve ever had. I hope you’re pickin up on the sarcasm cause I’m laying it on pretty thick. Food has went down hill so bad but again the waitress was awesome and very tentative blonde girl prolly mid 20’s. Would come back for probably lunch but not dinner.

Love this steak house! My steak is always griled to my liking. The staff are friendly. We had an issue where they ran out of the cut of steak i ordered. All though not really their fault but they discounted our bill to keep us happy. Our server Justice was great! She was on top of our service! Never waited for a refill. Great steaks great people. 5/5 all around.

My family and I had an excellent experience here. It was clear management had taken some of the negative reviews here to heart and addressed the issues. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. When my steak came out, the server asked me to cut into it to make sure it was the correct doneness. And the manager stopped by the table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely be back.
