Only giving 4 stars as alot of the menu was not available. But our waitress was very polite, kind & very happy lady despite telling guests , nope out, sorry out. She had a wonderful attitude this is why they got 4 stars. This why we stayed & tried what little they had. Girl stay happy as you did a wonderful job with food limited

My second attempt at trying Ruby Tuesday in Americus. Doubtful I visit again. I do not mind spending good money for good for food and service. The appetizers were overcooked, the steak was a poor cut full of gristle, ribs are clearly burnt. I had to wait awhile for the ribs which could have been sent out with my plate and maybe not been burnt. I enjoy dining out with my family locally. This was a waste of time and money. I only ate a few bites of steak. Tried a rib way to dry. Maybe the cooks still learning or something; either way this is twice in 7 months.
Edit: District Manager (Tyron) called asking about my experiences dining in & pickup order. He offered to Comp a meal for this coming Sunday. I’ve accepted this offer. I told him we’d give them another try and update my review after the meal.

Taylor did amazing! He made great drink recommendations, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and extremely friendly. Me and my family had the best experience with Taylor! Will definitely be returning to sit with him.

I had an amazing experience thanks to our waitress. She was friendly, patient, and very attentive the entire time. She checked on us just enough without being pushy, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out exactly how we ordered it, and she made us feel welcome the whole visit.
What really stood out was her attitude — she smiled, explained the menu clearly, and answered all our questions. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her job.
Overall, she made our visit way better. I would definitely come back because of the great service she gave.

Our waitress Ms. Shanekia was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she checked in at just the right moments. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. She really made our meal enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back thanks to her excellent service!

I placed my order online and the app stated that my food would be ready at 4:58 PM. I arrived at 5:00 PM, parked in slot #4, and called the number listed four different times with no answer.
There were only a few cars in the parking lot, so I was very surprised that no one answered the phone or came out. My food didn’t even come out at all.
Thankfully, an employee who appeared to be off the clock noticed me outside. She was kind enough to go back inside to check on my order, and I truly appreciate her for doing that. However, the order still wasn’t ready and it took about 10 more minutes before she finally brought the food out.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially after placing my order ahead of time and following the curbside instructions. I’m grateful for the employee who helped, but overall this was very poor service and not what I expected.

I enjoyed the fish on a bed of rice with the broccoli & cheese. It was good and fresh, plus Mr. Shealy was so nice making sure everyone was satisfied by going to tables ensuring everyone was happy with their selection.
