My experience at the Ruby Tuesday in Savannah, GA was truly wonderful. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and genuine care. Manager Shantele clearly leads with heart and attention, making sure both guests and staff are taken care of. Our servers, Amber, Makayla, and Deja, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. The bartenders, Katie, Angel, and Anette, were welcoming, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable with great drinks and conversation.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant felt clean, relaxed, and inviting. What really stood out was the teamwork and positive energy throughout the entire staff. It made our visit feel special, and we left genuinely happy. I can’t recommend this location enough and will absolutely be back.

We arrived just after noon and we’re the first customers. By the time we ordered, 4 more couples and a group of 6 had arrived. Restaurant was clean visually and smelt good. Our hostess was right on top of things even after we asked for a few minutes to decide on our meals. Wifey had the Chicken Ramen Noodle Bowl and I had the grilled shrimp one. Vegetables were cooked, but crispy and the whole meal was very good. Overall a great visit.

The service was amazing. The waitress we had was very attentive and helpful. The food was ok. My husband loved the cheesesteak. My rice was bland , but we had over all a great experience. I forgot the waitress name. But she served us around 7 pm . I hope she see this . She was so nice and definitely deserves a raise, thank you!

Had a fabulous time seated at the bar! Ms. Angel was a fantastic bartender. Ordered the deconstructed kabobs and they were perfectly cooked. Chicken was a little salty, bit not horrible. My long island ice tea was perfect and Angel recommended the chocolate chip cookie skillet and it was a wonderful ice cream to cookie ratio with yummy toppings. This place was fantastic. The salad bar was also on point! Thanks for such wonderful hospitality and good vibes! The music selection was rather great with a nice variety of all different kinds of songs! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Ruby Tuesday! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, but what truly made the visit special was the service. Shantele was absolutely amazing! So warm, attentive, and welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect and treated us so nice. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and the staff worked together seamlessly. You can tell pride and care go into both the service and the food here. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Shantele if you visit!

We dined in at Ruby Tuesday and had Hailey as our server, and she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we were seated, she was very fast, attentive, and extremely respectful. Her attitude was amazing the entire time—friendly, positive, and professional without ever feeling rushed. She made sure everything was correct, checked on us often, and really made us feel comfortable and welcome. Hands down, Hailey is the best server by far and truly made our dining experience better. We will definitely be asking for her again and highly recommend her to anyone dining here.

I came into the restaurant today and was very impressed by how the place finally has cohesion. The vibe feels so warm and welcoming opposed to the previous visits. The manager came by, Shantele to extend her gratitude. She was sure to inform us of everyone who was on staff that we could call on if we needed anything:

Had a wonderful dinner last night and was lucky to have one of the best servers that we’ve had in a while! Hailey made the experience that much better with her attentiveness and amazing attitude! Would love to have this experience again sometime soon! Will definitely be coming back!

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a long, long time. This place was woefully understaffed. We were forced to wait more than 30 minutes for our food. They got the order wrong; we ordered two double burgers, we got triple burgers. This was not the server’s fault, I blame management. I did not enjoy eating at this restaurant. I will attempt to go to someplace better like “Chili’s” the next time we want to go out for dinner. Our check number was 2479 – 2/28/26 around 6:15pm.
