I am writing this for my 2 parents who love this place, they go at least once every 2 weeks. But tonight was the kicker for them, it was the best night of takeout they’ve ever had. The service was very fast and friendly, everyone’s hard word really showed in the food and how everything came quick. The taste was impeccable and left my mom’s jaw on the floor, her chili relleno combo was one of the best things she’s ever tasted in her life. My dad’s Oregon burrito was perfect and hot sauce perfectly spicy for his high level. Meat was all tender, warm at the right temperature, and so delicious. At the end they were both full, half of the burrito gone but my dad satisfied, my mom gushing about how amazing it was, and a night turned from mediocre to perfect.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is unprofessional , horrible customer service and disgusting. Ordered 2 orders of chips and Guacamole ( pictured below). They gave us guacamole nachos with cheese on top for a to go order. can’t eat cheese, wasn’t expecting cheese. chips were burnt and soggy at the same time. Torta came with hardly any meat in it and their beans are a color of gray and a texture of clay. Please save your money or go somewhere else especially if your ordering take out. We called to get a refund for our chips and guacamole and they basically laughed. Maybe this review will get the attention of someone in management and they can start to offer better food, better accommodations for take out and better customer care.

Open on Christmas with a line down the block, and after a kitchen catastrophe at our house we needed food for a small crowd in a pinch. Even though there was a long line, I was so impressed at how fast it moved (we were ordering and getting our food within 5-10 mins!). Portions were huge, food was hot and tasted flavorful, fresh and amazing. Everyone loved their dish. In fact, we all decided to make a new Christmas tradition of going out for Mexican food every year now.

Very fast paced service. Great portions, great quality food, great prices. Parking and drive thru are challenging to navigate with tight busy side roads and very busy highway intersection. Staff are helpful and rushed friendly. No connection happening here, but you will get service with a smile, great food and won’t break the bank. Horchata is yummy!

I decided to try Rigoberto’s for the first time. The parking lot is a little tricky depending on which side you come in. You’ll need to back into your parking space if you turn into the lot from the main road. They offer ample parking. Rigoberto’s has indoor and outdoor seating. The first thing I noticed was that the restaurant was clean and well organized. We looked at the menu on the wall. It is transparent with the prices. It is a very casual and comfortable place to eat.
I ordered the bean & cheese burrito (no sauce) with rice and beans, and my son ordered the chimichanga. The employee was friendly when she took our order. After ordering, I noticed a little self serve bar over to the side with several different types of sauces, veggies, peppers, and utensils. That is perfect since you have the ability to choose or mix your favorite sauce. It is included in the cost of your meal. The food didn’t take long, and it was hot when we received it.
Overall, the food was decent for this type of establishment. The portions were plentiful, and we spent around $30 for our meals and beverages. I recommend the avocado sauce, mild sauce, and a little extra hot sauce (if you can handle heat since it is quite spicy) mixed together. It was excellent on my burrito, rice, and beans. I was not a fan of the peppers from the bar. They had a flavor I didn’t particularly care for, but I know that a flavor palate is subjective. The peppers are popular, so I recommend at least giving them a try. I will return and try a new dish on my next visit.

The food is delicious, the service is fast, and the girl who took my order was very friendly. It was my first time there, and I would definitely go back. As a Mexican, I can say that their food is very good, at least the tacos and the burrito we ordered were 10/10.
