Brandi was an exceptional server who made our dining experience truly enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Sarah, the manager, even came by our table to introduce herself and make sure everything was going well, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming.

I was reading the reviews on here. I’ve lived in the community for 11 years and frequent this restaurant. I just left church and had my mouth tuned on the salad bar. Brandi is my waitress. She greeted me with kindness. Complimented my blouse. Very kind. However, she served me my water as requested and I helped myself to the salad bar. Granted, she left me there, literally hanging. Lol. She never came back to check on me, ever. Is everything ok? Nothing. I had to remind her. Did you forget about me? Other guest arrived behind me and she complimented the ladies blouse as well. So this lets me know she’s probably working on a good tip! I never had a problem in tipping. Ever. Especially a good tip if you deserve it. I will leave a tip. But not quite the tip I would normally leave for Brandi. My tip to Brandi is….come back frequently and check on your customers. For water etc. And be genuine about it. She definitely fell short on customer service today. So unfortunate.

It was our first visit to a Ruby Tuesday, and we will definitely go back the next time we are passing through. We had a great time. The food was great, and our waitress, Ashley, was definitely the highlight of the visit. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful when asked to recommend local tourist sights. We liked her tremendously.

my girlfriend decided to take me to ruby Tuesday bc Im new to this town and let me tell you we had a blast the food was good, the service was good but the hostess Emma was her name and she was amazing she helped us out when our waitress wasn’t around to hep us be they had other tables obviously but the hostess help us a lot and was quick when she needed to be. I really enjoy this Ruby Tuesday! The food and service are excellent! I always ask for Kristine, the waitress. She is always really kind and courteous. She always gives me a hug when she sees me and checks up on my dining experience and makes sure that I am okay. I love the Salad Bar and all the specials that they always have. Kristine is more than just a sever, she is a friend. I look forward to going to this restaurant.

Yummy grilled chicken on a soft pillowy GLUTEN FREE bun!!! YES please!! Hubby had his usual delicious smokehouse cheeseburger. All served with the sweet smile of Brandi who did a fantastic job taking care of us.

My family and I stopped in for dinner recently and had such a great experience that I had to leave a review. Nicole took care of our table, and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, and really on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed. Our drinks stayed full (which is very important to me), the food came out just right, and she checked in at all the perfect times.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had service that felt genuinely friendly instead of forced, but Nicole really made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. If you’re stopping by this Ruby Tuesday, definitely ask for her, she’s the reason I’ll be coming back.
