Needed a quick snack ordered online for mobile pick up . Waited in my car for 20 min no food was ever brought out so I went inside . Stood at the register for about another 8 min while 3 teenagers were talking all 3 made eye contact and rudely rolled thier eyes . Finally the boy in the group came up to the register to help I guess the finishing the conversation was more important than customers . He then hands me a bad that was sitting in the counter food was cold burgers wasn’t even wrapped all the way and the fries were soggy I didn’t even get my drink .. taking this as a sign to finally give up the guilty please of treating myself to my fav childhood fast food place .. worst experience ever just for the food not to be fresh or edible

We placed a mobile order on 10/9/25 at about 9pm, went through drive thru and the young man who gave us our order at window 2 was very kind and even apologized for the wait which wasn’t even bad at all. And with all the customizations we made to our burgers and overall order, something was sure to be off but nope not tonight! The MCgodnalds hath shined their favors upon us. We got all the customizations we asked for and the exact amount of sauces for the nuggets. Not enough gratitude is ever given but complaints are a dime a dozen so thanks mcdonalds for getting things right and being so gracious tonight!

This Mcdonalds is the absolute worst one to ever go to at night. Absolutely awful. 20min. for a curbside pickup and the order had the chicken sandwich with the buffalo sauce instead of the special edition sauce. So damn spicy I cannot eat it. I specially avoid spicy foods for a reason. Every single time I pick up an order here it’s wrong. For as expensive as your it’s getting it should be at least correct.

The folks who work early in the morning are awesome – it is a bummer that management won’t schedule enough people before 7am to be able to have customers spend less that 15 minutes waiting for their order. Again, not the workers fault that they are not staffed properly early in the morning. Also, beware, this location is typically $3 more per meal than other locations in town.

This McDonalds on Stephanie and Sunset is worse then any other McD’s I’ve been to. I have been to training centers that do better than these people. Talk about courtesy, most of the time all you get is attitude. You have to basically demand to talk to the Manager or they drag their feet and you’ll be leaving saying to yourself I’ll call tomorrow only to have the phone ring until someone picks it up and hangs up in less then a second. If you ever have a problem, Email Corporate and someone will get back with you and resolve the issue.

Went from bad to worse.
Once again, ordered 2 cheeseburger meal.
This time, they completely disregarded one of the patties, and the cheese hadn’t even sat next to a warmer, it was so un melted.
Do not ever go to this McDonald’s.
It also affirms that all of McDonald’s should be avoided, I don’t see better reviews from others, nor have I experienced much better.

Received undercooked fries, burgers were very light on onion, and only one small pickle each.

Ordered one simple combo meal to go. Took 20 minutes. The dining area had trash on several tables as well as at the self-serve drink station. While I was waiting, another customer complained about the 22 minute wait — very calmly. Kudos to the employees who listened, but in the end, the customer left without his food in order to get his money back.
Someone was shouting from the kitchen, which seemed odd.
It felt like this was a forgotten McDonald’s.
No one seemed happy to be here.

This location is very disappointing. I stood at the register for 10 min before someone actually came to the front to take our order. The kiosk were down and said cash only so we had to go to counter. The crew was avoiding eye contact to not help. Trash cans were overflowing.
