I have to say I’m very disappointed in this place. My mother, my son and I came here to get a nice meal and we’re very disappointed. The place was empty except for maybe a couple people. The wait time was ridiculous. The chicken was dry, the shrimp was overcooked, the fish was subpar and the zucchini was overly salted. My mom and I finally got a refill just before we finished our food. My mom had only gotten three pieces of shrimp with her tilapia. It’s was very cold in there. You would think spending $100 at a place like this you would expect to have very good food, but that just was not the case here. I’m not sure if it’s just this location or if they’re all like this but this is one place we won’t be coming back to. It’s no wonder this place is always empty.

The waitress Ophelia was amazing. She greeted the table with a smile and was polite the entire time. She made sure that we did not want or need anything while seated in her section. She was able to tell me what on the menu was good and fit within my diet. She also let me know what drinks on the menu were good that the bartender makes. The food and drinks were good. I ordered a salad and had a drink from the bar that tasted good – not too strong and not too weak. Overall good experience.

The worst, overcooked, dried baby back ribs today Oct 31. We didn’t send them back. We got through half of them because we were starving. Server was great. Food not so much. We aren’t coming back.

Keara was an absolute delight. She’s an incredibly hardworking individual who seamlessly transitioned between bartending, hosting, and waiting tables. Her pleasant personality created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. I had the pleasure of meeting all the employees, and they were all fantastic. However, I kindly suggest that you consider hiring more staff to avoid losing your talented employees. In today’s competitive market, providing exceptional customer service is a rare gem.

Every time I go in here the food is always AMAZING. No matter what I get it is always good. Salad bar is to die for of course. Service is typically a little bit on the slower side, but not bad at all. Definitely recommend.

We said over a year ago we would not come here again, but gave it a shot. The trio appetizer was great. Then comes the meals. First my wife’s meal came 30 minutes before mine because the waiter tells me mine was still frozen. Well that right there says oh I get frozen food for 14.99 sounds yummy. My wife had the glazed chicken with zucchini and fries. The chicken was undercooked on one side then overdone on the other. The zucchini looked a little black around the edges and once we flipped them over wel that because the were burnt to a crisp on one side and they just put that side down. Like you cannot taste burnt food. Then the fries hot outside and cold in the middle not even cooked. I ordered the 5 cheese Philly. It comes with shaved (frozen meat apparently) onions and 5 cheese. I get one that is burnt on the bun, only cheddar cheese and filled with mushrooms, peppers, and onions. Not even close to what I ordered. In the end tried 2 times sucked both times will never return. The good side the waiter was great.

We had not been to Ruby Tuesday in many years because they closed the one in Aiken. We were shopping in North Augusta discovered they still have one there. It was wonderful we had forgotten how good all their food was and the selection and reasonable prices
