I recently dined in at Denny’s and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Several items were served cold, which immediately affected the quality of the meal. The hash browns came in a very small portion, and the red potatoes with onions and jalapeño had no noticeable seasoning — they were bland and underwhelming. The seasoned fries were okay but nothing memorable. The Crazy Spicy Chicken Skillet was overwhelmingly salty, making it difficult to enjoy. Overall, the food temperature, portion sizes, and seasoning were not up to par. I hope this was just an off day, but this visit did not meet expectations.

86 dollars for 4 sep meals. The turkey meal was missing both sides and had some random burnt mismatched French fries tossed in there. The stuffing was a glob of grossness I didnt eat any of the meal.My daughter’s sides were missing altogether and her steak was on top of the potatoes which separated them and made it gritty. Doordash gave us an 11$ credit…. I realize its Christmas day, but given the food they’d be better just being closed .

Very nice place. We were kinda loud but no one really in there but they ain’t care. Too many drinks. Lol the chicken fingers and motz sticks were cooked to perfection. The chicken was like twice fried. It was great. Server was great and cop on premises made us scared lmao but made it feel like a safe place in Akron for 2am lmao

Food was great. Waitress was good but service could use some work. Waitress got food, and extra condiments ECT we asked for then never seen the waitress again and had to hunt her down for check. Wasn’t bad service, I like to be left alone but she should of checked the table at least once and we shouldn’t have had to hunt down check. Everyone was friendly though and service was good, just a couple things that could of been improved a bit

Other than the over cooked food and understaffed. The server, who was also waiting on everyone made up for EVERYTHING!! PLEASE, hire people, the bathrooms need to be cleaned and you shouldn’t expect one person to do everything.

Tried ordering two things and it wasn’t available. Whoever is charge of food inventory should be reviewed. The plus side the waiter was nice other then the poor lady was running a few tables which it was hard getting her attention and food was good.

We ended up here yesterday because we walked out of a restaurant close by because of bad service. We weren’t overjoyed about going to a Denny’s to be honest but it was the style of food we were in the mood for. We had a few not so good Denny’s experiences so we weren’t expecting anything too great. We were wrong. We walked in to be greeted by Joe, he was busy dealing with other customers but very welcoming, a guy called Donny came out and showed us to our table, a really nice guy, a gentleman! Joe came to take our order and on the way thanked Donny for looking after us, these guys were so respectful to each other and to us. The meals we ordered were cooked perfectly, the place was spotlessly clean, the atmosphere was fantastic. We spoke to Joe and he told us he loved old fashioned customer service and it showed, something was right in this Denny’s and that’s largely due to the staff that were on shift yesterday. We’ll be back. And can’t wait to do it again.

Heather was our server and AMAZING. We had a party of 13 (7 were kids) on a Saturday morning and not only did she quickly get us seated and served she kept the kids happy, bringing things we needed before we even had to ask.
