I had such a wonderful experience here! Our waitress named was Keisha, she was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times, had a great attitude. She made sure everything went smooth & was such a sweet person! Everything was a 10/10!

Wait staff was overwhelmed with a large table when we arrived and had to wait for a bit. We ordered hush puppies and were disappointed. For 8.99 they were nowhere near worth it, not tasty or moist. The salad bar is always a good option. The salmon was enjoyed by two in my party. Basic chicken fingers, nothing special at all. The sautéed zucchini was tasty. Ribs had a good flavor.

I always order from them, they usually leave out my extra sauces that I order and pay for. Lots of times they leave out my drink. So many times the order will come without the honey mustard, without the extra sour cream and butter, and without the drink. Other than that, the food is good. If I ever have to call they are really nice on the phone! My favorites are the ribs and chicken tenders.

So disappointed with everything. Only 5 tables had patrons, and still waited 5 minutes just to be seated. No host around. Finally got seated, ordered and after the food came out waited never stopped again to check on everything. We needed refills on our drinks and a couple other things. But the best part was, we were served and had to eat with plastic utensils. That I still don’t understand. 3 tables had plastic and two had silverware.
We were charged incorrectly on our bill and the portions were rather small compared to their menu advertisement. The lighting was so dim that I saw 2 other tables use their phones for lighting to read the menu.
First and last time with this restaurant in 20 years. Now I remember why we stopped going there.

Olivia was amazing!!! She is the best server at this restaurant!! Please give her a raise!! Also, Lucinda was the best manager. She came around to the tables and ask each customer about their experience with a smile! Thanks so much for making our dinner awesome!

Evanne is the BEST bartender and waiter in Florence. She and the staff are always on point and cater to customer. My husband is blind and she is on point from the time that we walk through the door attending us.

Went the other day with a book club . The whole time waiting, there was probably like 5 customers there , not even packed . We told them ahead of time that we were a book club and had about 8 people . They tried to sit us at two different tables knowing we are a book club discussing a book. When one of us went to ask someone could we scoot two tables together , they had an attitude and said no . We also overheard an employee telling another employee that she wasn’t going to serve us while rolling her eyes at us as if we did something to her or asked her to work as a server. I’m not sure what the issue is but I can see why they are always empty . We went to the Mexican restaurant close to ruby Tuesday and they welcomed us with open arms . So if you’re planning on eating here , just go to the Mexican restaurant close by , nobody has attitudes there for doing the job they signed up for .

The salad bar is an extra charge but well worth it at this location! The bar was super clean and organized! The workers were polite and handled everything so well. One person in my party ordered a steak well done , when they received it the steak was done but bleeding and our waitress was happy to fix it for us. I ordered the dry rub ribs and chicken tenders and both were good. The experience overall was enjoyable and all the food was fresh and tasty!

I would rate this restaurant below 1 star if it were possible. Service is via discontented and absentee staff when you can track them down….and you will actually have to do this. I would say be prepared for terrible service…but that would imply that some semblance of service exists here.
Be prepared for unforgettable dining experience where you question every life choice that led you there. 10/10 for shear absurdity.
