The salad bar was fairly decent. Mac n cheese, Sweet potato fries, Broccoli N Cheese soup was good too. Wish they had the Veggie Black Bean Burger.

What is tbe problem Ruby Tuesday has with cleaning their tables with soap. I had given up on this restaurant because of the disgustingly dirty tables I encountered in many of them, but my wife decided she wanted to try something on their menu. So we went a.d as soon as I sat down I saw the table was disgusting. I asked the server to clean it and he wiped it with a wet rag. When it dried it was still disgusting. My skin stuck to it. Here is a picture of a napkin I wiped the table with my finger and one of the table complete with the dirt smudged by my finget.

My son took me out to dinner here on Tuesday evening. I had a terrible headache before going and still had it when I first arrived. We had a wonderful server – Alice White – who was very thoughtful and considerate. She seated us, at my request, in an area that was less bright as well as quieter. She dimmed the lights for me as well. Her service was very prompt and her cheerful attitude lifted my spirits. By the time I was partway into the meal, I felt much better. The food and drink was also delicious. I highly recommend both the restaurant and especially the service. I plan to go there again the next time I go out and I will ask for the same server again.

This restaurant is a typical franchise style restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the salad bar was fresh. The food was prepared perfectly and the portions were a perfect size. Our server was very attentive and personable. The only very minor issue is that they style and decor is a bit dated and worn out.

Nice fresh salad bar with so many options! That was exactly what we came for! Hostess & Server were both very friendly & helpful. (Only complaint was the bathroom walls & doors. This is a common problem in many restaurants. They’re waterproof for a reason, just wipe them down every now & then or when they’re visibly dirty )

Absolutely the WORST service EVER!! Waitress never wrote our order down, my family was finished with their food before I even got mine due to my steak being cooked well done when I asked for it medium rare! All staff members were sitting at the bar, including the manager. No discount, not offered dessert, nothing! Paid $50 for a meal that I never even got to eat!! Will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!

Normally, the salad bar is one of the things that I look forward to when I visit Ruby Tuesday, but on my most recent trip, it was substandard. There were multiple items on the bar that should not have been served. The cherry tomatoes were severely bruised and mashed. The apples were mealy and brown. My wife ordered a burger with bacon, and requested that the bacon be cooked until crisp. When it came out, the bacon was limp and she asked our server to rectify the situation. Fifteen minutes later, the front of house manager stopped by the section to see if everything was going well and we brought it to his attention. He returned ten minutes later with equally sad bacon to go on my wife’s now cold burger. She said, when she took her first bite, that it was flavorless and greasy.
Our server was extremely nice and, except for the bacon, got us everything that we could have needed promptly.
Normally, Ruby Tuesday provides an excellent meal, but this location let us down on Sunday. I might give another shot, but I would check the salad bar before I ordered.

Dined here today and other then our fantastic server everything else was disappointing..We normally go to the Lexington location which apparently is much better managed..We stood at the door for 10 minutes until we walked into the bar and checked with the bartender who indicated they had no hostess. Finally got seated – the salad bar looked depleted and no one was replenishing it. Some of the food on the bar looked questionable- many of the vegies were discolored and the broccoli was mushy..My soup was cold and had no garnishment..The bathroom was just plain gross and the building itself had an old, musty odor..I felt sorry for our waitress..I would not recommend this location.

Waited probably 3-4 min for service, decided the hit the salad bar to save time.
Waiter met me at the table when I returned and I ordered water which he brought promptly.
I made 2 trips to the salad bar but waiter never checked on me again.
I flagged him down for the check.
No service, no tip.
