If you’re looking for mediocre food that’s very greasy then you come to the right place. We ordered the two for 25 as it says on the wall when you walk in but it’s actually two for $26, so we ordered the cheeseburgers one with french fries and one with tater tots. The burgers were very greasy, leaving a large puddle of grease on our plate. The french fries and tater tots were cooked at seasoned perfectly. I was a little upset that the actual bill was two for $26 instead of what the wall says for $25. We also received an appetizer which was spinach and artichoke dip. The flavor was good but they just don’t give you very much dip and we still had a large pile of chips left over. Just another Ruby Tuesdays, nothing spectacular here.

Giovanni is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome with his great energy and friendly personality. His drinks were perfectly made — balanced, strong, and exactly what we asked for. You can tell he takes pride in his craft.
Giovanni’s attention to detail, quick service, and positive vibe made the whole experience even better. If you’re lucky enough to have him behind the bar, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend!

The only reason I went here, was because it was the only place to sit down and grab a beer near the hotel. All of the other restaurants are fast food. This place was depressing. The food was OK. Not even good for Ruby Tuesday standards. I would drive further next time.

The food was incredible, the mac & cheese was immaculate and easily the best I’ve ever had. The ribs were perfect and not messy at all but really easy and scrumptious. The strawberry lemonade was made fresh and delicious. The mozzarella sticks were real crisp and gooey, just how they should be. The marinara could’ve been better but still solid. The chocolate cake was rich and delightful. The service was decent and polite. The food was made pretty fast. And the atmosphere was nice and chill with solid music playing. A little pricey but overall a great restaurant I’d definitely recommend.

Had half rack of ribs with broccoli and side salad. Everything was excellent. The ribs were out of this world.
Also, Morgan the waitress had a very pleasant personality. Responsive and a good sense of humor. While at the same time demonstrated professionalism while serving us. We would definitely come back.

We stopped here on road trip for the holiday and we were pleasantly surprised. The young man working was attentive friendly and prompt. He answered our questions about the menu and gave good suggestions. He took our order and took care of us quickly. The food was good and hit the spot after a long day on the road. UNLIKE the Ruby Tuesdays in Florence S.C. which was terrible, i would definitely recommend this location.

I do not recommend this restaurant. Service was very slow, waitress was not friendly at all and the food was barely acceptable. I had chicken tenders that tasted like the lowest quality frozen chicken that you could get. My husband had mozzarella sticks, several had no cheese in them, just fried shells. His hamburger was tiny and looked all dried out. Overall the meal just wasn’t good at all.

Unsafe and Unsanitary – Avoid at All Costs
I was shocked when I arrived at this restaurant to pick up my order. I saw a cockroach on the bar. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a restaurant that serves so many travelers along I-95.
I canceled my order because I could not in good conscience take food from a place with such serious sanitation issues. Grubhub refunded me, but the fact that this was even possible is concerning.
If you are hungry or tired, please avoid this restaurant — it poses a real health risk. I hope the management addresses these hygiene problems immediately.

After a long day of traveling from the cold northeast, we dined at the bar on New Year’s Day.
Giovanni was our bartender/server. He was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care. He was a pleasure to speak to and were very pleased with our service. In fact, everyone we dealt with at this location was pleasant and we noticed all were working very hard. Thank you all & happy new year!

The evening I was there I was with three other coworkers we were on a storm call. We had order our food and nothing came to our table right. We sent it back and it happened again then the manger came to us and had apologize then went to the kitchen and made our food. One plate that came all that was done was take fries from one of our plants and add it to one of my coworkers plate and they were cold. Manage discounted only two of the four meals and charge us for two that came back to the table wrong three times full price. I don’t recommended anyone to eat here
