There grilled chicken salad and fresh berries salad are what I have as lunch usually since this one’s located right next to my work. The berry salad is not available anymore. Service is good, could be better. Too much wait time for to go orders even for a simple order of pancakes. One thing that’s really irritating is some of the servers keep asking for tip even though you’re just by yourself having a salad only. Cozy environment and the outdoor sitting is really nice too when the weather is warm and nice.

I had an incredible experience at this IHOP today, not just because of the food, but because of the amazing staff. I accidentally left my phone on the table, and I was frantic when I realized it was missing.
The server was so honest and proactive, making sure it was handed over to management immediately. The manager was extremely professional and helpful, keeping it safe and helping me verify everything when I returned. It’s rare to find such an honest and kind team. I’m so grateful for their integrity—they definitely turned my day around!

2/15/26 was my first time at this location, I was hesitant at first it looked packed and it was. But once going in I asked if their was a wait the greeter said 15 min and took my name, it was about 15 minutes like she said. The place was really busy but our server Jennifer was really nice, and did an amazing job. I recommend this location.

A waitress took our order and returned to our table. As we were eating a mouse run in front of us and continued to move across the room.
We immediately contacted the host who set 2 cones to block off the area.
We completed our meal and received the bill. There was no compensation for our experience just a “we are sorry “

We are from the Philadelpha PA area, and we arrived at peek breakfast time. It was packed, however, service was on point! All of the staff was friendly and attentive our entire visit. They really seem to work as a team, and it showed during our visit.

Been here for 2 hours waiting for my food and then when the food got to the table it was cold. Prior to waiting 2 hours for my food I had waited about 30 minutes for someone to come and take my order. I had to send back the food was waiting for about 30 minutes then one of the supervisors saw our table and had an expression of “we forgot that table” or “they haven’t gotten there food” kinda look. He came and explained that he’s shift was over and that a different manager was in charge. The manager came towards our table and admitted that they had messed up and had thrown our food away. Honestly this is not the first or second time this has happened. I come here often with friends and family and it was a bad experience here. Not only that but the manager said that they were gonna put our food to go so we could take it. When we had came here for a reason to eat here and enjoy some quality time with our loved ones. Honestly bad bad bad service. You can also tell that the food had been ready for a while but was just left there to be forgotten, the sauce for my pancakes was already dry.

Lady at desk was nice and patient. Explained everything calmly.. the food and atmosphere were super! Never felt more at peace while consuming some delicious food. Employees were chill frfr polite and kind. Something you rarely see!
