Great service! Our waiter was friendly and helpful. The place was clean, but kinda dim. I’m sorry to say we received some of the worst food that I have gotten in a long time. Everything tasted microwaved. Everything looked like it came out of the microwave. Even the awesome looking salad bar was a letdown. Definitely will not be going back.

What can Anonymous Pickle say about Ruby Tuesday? Everything was Exceptional. Our Server, Megan was Bubbly and Kind. Our Cups never got Empty and she was Pleasant and Consterate. Our Food was Amazing. We would Highly Recommend the Philly. Only Problem I had is I ask for a Spoon and Received a Shovel that could Feed Goliath.

My colleagues and I came in today for a business lunch . We were a group of 10. Victoria was our server and she was amazing. She was so attentive, and polite . She was super busy running around to get the job done and we felt like she deserved to be noticed for her outstanding work! We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I had dinner tonight. He had the delicious ribs! I had the Hickory salmon! 10/10 recommend! We also had the Garden Bar, which had soo many options which helped my indecisive stomach. The pea and ham penne was *Chef Kiss*

Our first visit here today. Our waitress, I believe her name is Danielle, she is a wonderful, attentive, hard working lady. We had an enjoyable lunch meal, Salad Bar & Trio Appetizer. Food was delicious, could have been hotter. Atmosphere of the restaurant disappointing, should be much cleaner and updated. The ladies restroom was beyond filthy, and defaced with profanity

Ruby Tuesday would have gotten 5 stars, except we were hoping to order ribs for a birthday celebration, but they had run out. We were there at 5:30pm. Our server was terrific and refilled drinks without having to be asked. Salad bar was well stocked and fresh.

I love Ruby Tuesday’s. Usually their food is hot and cooked just right, waiters are attentive, and the atmosphere is great. The staff are always smiling and wilI take the time to talk with you a little bit. I also like that the back of their boths are high to help keep your area quiet so you can have a conversation. Every once in a while, the food is bad and the service is not great. 95% of the time it is fantastic. Also, love the coupons!

I had my birthday gathering with family here and that was the worst experience I ever had!!! The server never introduced herself, but on the receipt it says that her name was Amaya C. She was rude from the start, specifically to me, and looked like she did not want to be there at all. She said that she only started there last month. She quickly took our orders and didn’t write everything down. My mom’s and mother in law’s burgers were incorrect. When we told her that we had things missing from our order, the server had a fit about bringing them to us, and said there were currently only 3 cooks there. Then she came up and said they were out of baked potatoes and, instead, brought undercooked rice, which we sent back. She never brought the ketchup for our fries, so I had to ask somebody else for it! She never took up any of our empty plates. So, we had to put them on another empty table and by the end of the meal the plates were stacked up high, but she didn’t care! We waited so long to get refills for our drinks and when we reminded her again about it, she rolled her eyes at us!! My mom left the restaurant very thirsty! She didn’t get any drink for the whole time we were dining! When we got the check, she didn’t apply the ruby rewards discount to the check from my app and when I told her about it, she got mad and then still overcharged us for a different more expensive piece of cake that we didn’t order! When I told her about it again, she said that she has no idea why that was there! She said she would change it, but never brought the new receipt, so when we paid on the little machine and then the check was printed from it, the price was still wrong and she still managed to overcharge us!!!! Everybody already got tired of sitting there, waiting for the waitress! Some family beside us was standing waiting for their check still! The manager was no where to be seen! So we just left, but when I got home I cried and I didn’t sleep at all last night! All I wanted was to have a nice birthday meal with my family, but what I got was pure hell!!! I felt so uncomfortable there and so did my family, that we didn’t even know what to do in that kinda situation and when we left I got anxiety from that place! The server was constantly getting mad at us for nothing, just for our requests for food!! For, basically, not wanting to do her job correctly! I will Never choose this restaurant for my birthday gathering ever again! And I don’t think I’ll go to any restaurant for my birthday again, because I got so scarred from this experience!!

Was NOT disappointed !! Paul W was the best server iv had at a restaurant in along time. He was vigilant, checked on us frequently, held the perfect amount of conversation, and was overall GREAT!!
The food was beyond amazing. The steak taste like whoever cooked it made it with love! The salad bar was clean and tended. The desserts where perfect!
The store/bathrooms where clean which is always a bonus.
