I found seating to be very close and the hostess initially tried to slide us in behind a couple already seated when there was more than enough places to sit. The salad bar has grown since my last visit 14+ years ago, I had no trouble with my food but my wife had trouble with her steak being cooked correctly “the seasoning tasted good” but was under cooked or to tough to eat. The Manager did remove it from the bill. The service was very good, waitress was very attentive and checked on us at the right amount.

Jen was an awesome server & so polite. Asked numerous times if we needed anything. Brought extra drinks & napkins without being asked. Offered specials & desserts. Very pleasant. Atmosphere was quite cold with air conditioning.

The food was phenomenal! The Fried Pickle Burger is to die for! The fries were also fresh and crispy plus salted to perfection! The server who waited on me was so pleasant and kind. Two different managers were checking in with tables during my time there and were very professional and as good looking as the desserts!

I worked with the GM John Bray to order a case of salmon and a container of the hickory bourbon. sauce. The customer service was the best I’ve received since ordering this way starting during the pandemic in 2020. He was very pleasant and accessible and followed through with my order as placed which was sometimes not the case in prior years. Can tell the restaurant is under better management. Also, the restaurant continues to offer my favorite, it’s amazing salad bar.

The food and service were good but there was a party at a neighboring table who had a whole group on their FaceTime and assumed the whole restaurant would like to hear it. I didn’t mention it to the staff but I am of the opinion It shouldn’t be necessary, staff should stop this behavior as soon as it starts.
I’ve recently decided that any restaurant that doesn’t stop this behavior is blacklisted so I won’t be back to this location.

I don’t even know where to start. Just recently moved back here. Used to be one of my favorite places. It was so terrible in every aspec from the dirty floors to the sticky table. Not to mention the food took over 45 minutes to come. Of course it came out cold as could be. The waitress never came back to even ask us for refills let alone to check if the food came out properly. Don’t normally write bad reviews this one I couldn’t hold back. Truly dont know how they are still open. Sadly i won’t be returning or giving it another chance after this experience.
