Sure, it’s a small burger but as their name implies it’s big! I mean, it’s got big taste, these things are delicious and cooked to perfection every time. One of my favorite burger stops, and it’s really the perfect sized burger for my appetite. Oh, and those truffle fries! Wow, so good! I also like their fry sauce and their custom made ketchup that has a tang of spice to it that makes the truffle fry combo spot on. I’ve been enjoying their burgers for years now on occasion and have never had a bad experience, excellent and worth the cost in my humble opinion.

Let’s start with the atmosphere (what little there was): all of the charm and warmth of a Soviet-era train station in a bad part of Moscow. Walk in, and the order counter is staffed not by a human being, but an impersonal kiosk with a bad user interface. I watched customer after customer struggle with ordering from the thing.
The food was delivered with, again, Soviet efficiency and friendliness.
The worst part was that, after enduring the ordering process, the burgers just weren’t very good. The toppings were decent (I allow for the fact that it’s hard to get decent tomatoes out of season), but I was amazed they could get so little taste out of so many ingredients. The expected beef flavor of a good burger was simply absent.
Honestly, if I wanted overpriced mediocre food ordered on a kiosk and served with indifference, I would have gone to McD’s. In fact, this place really made me wish I had (and I hate McD’s!)
There aren’t many restaurants on my “never again” list, but Little Big Burger easily made it.

The worst and I mean the absolute worst burger place I’ve ever been to! We went to a show at the arena tonight and looked at the local options near by and thought we would be safe with a burger place. I will NEVER come here again. Its tiny and was packed. They use paper receipts to keep track of orders and lose them. We waited almost an hour. Dude with the rip city hat was very rude to several customers. And the burger was RAW and I dont mean it was pink. not medium but RAW in the center. They’re going to get someone sick. Do not eat here! Every aspect of the experice was horrible. Tiny burgers with half a slice of cheese for big burger prices. Place stinks too. 0 out of 10. Never again. If I could give zero stars I would

I stopped by Little Big Burger and thought the burger was pretty good overall. The fries were nice and crispy, but honestly didn’t have much flavor to them. Service was just ok nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either

Best burgers in town. All ingredients spread evenly across the bun and eatability is high. Went on Saturday and had a cheeseburger and then went back for a second one. And then, I came back the day after for another one. Great quality, friendly manager. And the fries taste great.

Easily located, fast, friendly service, and ease of ordering online make this a perfect place to grab lunch and or dinner. Staff is friendly and accommodating, making it a lively fun atmosphere moderately priced so even college students can enjoy dining out occasionally. Delicious burgers and amazing chicken burgers to boot! Conveniently located to University Of Oregon so stop on over the next time you are near campus.

Such a simple menu which is nice. I got the beyond burger since I am a new Vegan. The burger was little like the name says, but big on flavor!! You get a lot of fries that are really tasty. So with those and the burger it made me happy and full. I would definitely go there again when in town.

Ooof. What a change and what a bummer. I used to so enjoy their tasty burgers and fries, but now this location on Orchard, at least, has gone so very downhill. Filthy space (insects on the ceiling in large clusters, sticky floors, black with grime), rude staff (the man who was the manager (?) glared at me as if I’d ruined his night by coming in several hours before the posted closing hours), and under seasoned burgers, with tepid, chewy fries to boot. It was a shadow of its former self. I won’t be going back. Photos: snap of the ceiling, covered in insects and webs (zoom in for a close up view), and a filthy space with no other visitors. This place used to be hopping, but now? Deserted.

Phenomenal food! Place looks so cute, truffle fries and chicken burger were delicious, all of the Tillamook dairy products they use are great as well. The inside looks clean, fashionable and well maintained, the staff are polite and professional. You can watch them cook your food right in front of you.

I ordered a burger well-done I understand that the menu stated they recommend medium but they did give the option for well-done and that’s what I ordered because that’s how I prefer my ground beef. But this doesn’t mean anything to them because this burger that I got was barely medium even though the receipt was clearly marked well. They will not answer their phone and I’m not going back out in traffic so I guess this one’s just a loss. I would suggest that the owners just take the option off the menu to order well done that way people know what they are getting.
