2nd time here with my husband. I ordered the grill chicken sandwich again. Unfortunately it was sooo dry . Very very little mayo on just one bun. Didn’t eat it, took it home and ended up just cutting up the chicken breast and made a salad with dressing. My husband ordered the triple smash burger and we don’t know if it’s supposed to come with ketchup or mustard but it also was dry. My onion rings were just shy of burnt. It’s a shame because I took a couple pics and they looked great. Couldn’t wait to dig in ♀️ it will be a bit before we go again.

Not much pride is taken in this location. Just went here for dinner yesterday. When walking up to the front door, there was trash and soft drink bottles on the ground by the front door. Also in the mens bathroom the trash can was full and over filled. There was paper all over the floor. Not just around the trash can. And to top it all off, it was stinking real bad.

For a chain restaurant, it was decent. The burger was a good size, and my wife enjoyed her shrimp. They have fruit flavored lemonades which are pretty good, and the only real hiccup was I had asked for no ice and my refill came with ice. Also, the refill was a bit slow in coming. So that is why I deducted one star.

Went back, had their $9.99 ribeye and burrito bowl. Ribeye was so-so, burrito bowl wasn’t very good. It included a good sized piece of onion skin/peel with the dish. Also, you have to ask for $9.99 deal as it’s nowhere on menu.

To start the garden bat was beyond amazing! Everything fresh and tasty! The ribs fell off the bone…and shrimp were cooked and tasted great! Only problem was I ordered my steak medium and it came out rare but they fixed that immediately and the finished steak was great. Highly recommend!

If you haven’t been to Rugy Tuesday for a while, they’ve refreshed their menu. We Had a coupon and it wasn’t super busy. I got grilled salmon, it was hot, fresh and nicely portioned. My friend got the shrimp scampi and was very well prepared. We didn’t get the salad bar but it looked fresh and appaealing. I would of got it for lunch but this was dinner and the entree portions were perfect. We will be back! Service was fast and friendly.

I don’t normally leave reviews based off service alone but just had to this time. The server we had, Jose, was very helpful! He was patient with me while ordering and even offered suggestions based off things I’d said I liked. Food was brought promptly and we were frequently checked in on through the duration of our visit. Drinks never went empty and the vibes he had were immaculate. Will definitely be coming back and hope to have him as a server again!

NATE was our server. He was awesome. Very attentive. We were a party of 4 and 3 of us got the AYCE soup & salad bar. We wish the salad bar was better attended because each time we went up, they were out of something or the other. Overall it was good.
