The food was pretty good here. The people were friendly, but the sevice was kind of slow. We were 2 people for lunch on a weekday, not many customers in the restaurant, and we were there for an hour and a half. To be fair, one person had dessert. Prices were good. The restaurant was very clean.

I had a wonderful experience this past Friday night! (3/8). Savannah was my server and she was phenomenal. She was dealing with some very difficult people near us as well but still made sure to give our table attention and make sure we were taken care of. On top of that, the food was great and a good price for everything we got. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely dine here again (especially if I can get Savannah!)

Usually, the experience is fine. Today was not the case. The hostess had the personality of a wet mop. She didn’t greet us. Instead, did her normal headcount and brought us to our table without saying 2 words. Then, the roasted broccoli from the garden bar was burnt and tasted as if had been sitting out for 2 days. Then, my wife and I had ordered 2 burgers to be cooked at medium. Hers came back medium well and mine was well done. The bacon on our burgers was undercooked and soggy. I brought this up to my waitress (who was very nice) and she went to get her manager. Her manager was nice and apologetic and had a new order made. When that burger came out, it was missing elements of the burger that I had paid for. By this point, I was annoyed and packed everything up to go.

So disappointed. Second time trying this place. First, they got rid of the only thing that I actual liked. Went to try some thing new and the cook, cooked the wrong stuff. The fabulous waitress let the guy have it which was great. She was the only reason why I didn’t go off. My pasta was under cooked and every thing we got was Luke warm at best. It wasn’t busy so there wasn’t an excuse for it. Seriously though, there was probably 4 people, including myself, in the entire restaurant. On top of it all, I took about 2 bites, told the waitress I didn’t like it and STILL had to pay $16 bucks for it. Never again will I be back there. Good luck you guys! Hope you have a better experience then I did.

Ruby Tuesday, like most chains, has good and consistent food. However they messed up this last visit and did not bring out the sandwich that I had ordered for almost an hour. By the time I got my sandwich we were done eating and I sent it back.. Good News though. The manager recognized the mistake and did not charge us for anything. Due to his actions I keep this restaurant at 4 stars. Mistakes happen. Recognizing them and making amends separates the good restaurants from the bad ones. This is a good one.

Savanna was my server and amazing is an UNDERSTATEMENT! She was so attentive and amazing despite being super busy. The food was good but my server made it all the better. If you go, definitely request her. Sweetest girl ever, if I come back I will be disappointed if she isn’t my waitress.

Is offering outdoor dining during the pandemic. The outdoor area isn’t huge but we were able to get a table no problem. It was a very sunny day and there wasn’t much shade, so I would recommend sunblock if outdoor dining. The food and service were good; Ruby Tuesday is definitely on the higher end of the chain American restaurants. Understandably there was no garden bar, but there are bottomless salads on the menu.

Sorry to say that this place has gone downhill since I first started going there years ago.
Salad bar used to be included with dinner.
Food presentation poor.Some just warm and mashed potatoes looked left over for too long.Not the appetizing meal I looked forward to and no little cheese biscuit.
Also seems a bit shabby now with little attention to cleaning especially under tables.Straws, napkins plus food not cleared away.
By the way it was not especially busy this particular day.Just seems it could be in better shape.
Not worth the price for a simple meal and diet soda,22.00 plus tip.

Went to Restaurant last night. Salad bar was gross, food all over, no lettuce, croutons, Mac salad, dressing dropped all over, handles on spoons sticky, looked like no one had wiped it down or filled it all day. Very unappetizing and disappointing! We had the 6 oz sirloin which was ok! Our waitress was very nice, Stacey. Hope someone reads this and fixes the problem it wasn’t busy when we got there at 515pm all waitresses sitting around, someone could have cleaned it up!
