I want this bojangles to thrive so bad for this area but I’m starting to give up hope, dedication is not there, customer service is poor at best this may be due to a certain shift but I experienced on many occasions recently that Food is either not up to par got a frozen Cajun biscuit in the center, soggy fries on a different occasion, messed up my kids supreme order twice no biscuit in any of the 3 boxes I ordered and most recent (today) 12-22-25 no fries with our combo order! To say the least we expect mistake’s but seemly every other time we stop by this bojangles there is struggles to get the food right if you even get what you ordered! Again I’m thankful for folks willing to work but young kids goofing off not putting pride in their jobs drawing a paycheck with poor customer service is not what any operating business needs!

I don’t know why I continue going to this restaurant. I had stopped for a while then was in the area and thought I would try again. Big mistake. I order light seasoning on fries because they put so much seasoning it is way to salty. I get double dipped fries on every occasion not fresh. Cold and so tough they are no good and uneatable. Have been to this location and heard the drive through cashier making fun of customers. I know these are kids but very rude. I will continue to do my business in town, even though this one is on my way. Would give zero if that was a choice

Excellent food, bring good company if you want to feel extra comfortable, otherwise it’s kind of an airport feeling. Or if you go through the drive-thru just make sure you’ve got everything you ordered!”Boberry / Blueberry biscuits are great, all of the food is wonderful. Coupons are available regularly, check your mailbox or look online.

Food was okay. Fries were fresh but not cooked enough or seasoned enough. Chicken wasn’t cold but wasn’t hot you could tell it had sat out for a while. Also the staff are slow and the wait times are always long normally. Wouldn’t recommend this bojangles unless you didn’t have anywhere else to eat

Had to repeat order many times just for them to not even give us the right things. Then when I asked at the drive thru if they accepted coupons, they said yes just to get to the window and them to say no coupons. They didn’t even give us the right thing. Order the tender family meal, only got the tenders, no sides or half gallon of sweet tea. Definitely don’t recommend this bojangles!!

The epitome of horrendous customer service. Today it was getting all the way home before realizing that half of the order was missing. Last week it was completely making the order wrong. The week before that it was getting all the way home without the fries that were ordered. A little over a year ago it was an employee coming up to my family as we dined in telling us and only us in a very loud voice that we aren’t allowed to take our cups outside and come back in for refills which we have never done. In a restaurant full of people that is pretty embarrassing. We actually make it a point to throw out our cups before we leave and get a drink from the gas station attached. Eating out once a week is one of the few treats we have and Bojangles has ruined almost every meal. We should not have to go to another restaurant just for a pleasant experience. But today after having to waste gas to go back to get our breakfast they were so very kind to throw a sweet potato pie in the bag for the inconvenience. No one likes their pies in our household and unfortunately the car does not run on pies as fuel.

Spent over 10 minutes at the drive thru window and had to repeat my order to the person at the window 3 times and then another person came to ask me what my order was and had to tell them twice and she still got it wrong. Couldn’t even find my order on the register but I payed almost 14.00$$s for my order and it wasn’t right. Got handed a order that had food in it and I looked at the top biscuit and knew right away it was not my order. Handed it back to the person at the window and had to repeat my order once again. Not sure what there problem is but they need to get there stuff together and people’s orders right. People that work there should have better respect for the people that come to eat their and get the orders right. People who order pay for your check. It’s not that hard to make sure people are getting what they ordered.
