I stopped for a late dinner with my daughter. The restaurant was a little short staffed as many are these days but I am still rating 5 stars for the following reasons. 1. The hostesses were very polite communicative that it would be a few minutes before they would have a table ready. 2. The waitress was extremely friendly, smiled through out the entire meal, and was super attentive even though she was a bit overwhelmed with tables. 3. The food was actually delicious. I got the smokehouse burger which was juicy, tasty, and cooked to perfection. The fries were yummy as well. My daughter ordered spinach artichoke dip and it too was very good. Too many times I have been in restaurants, particularly chain restaurants, and the food quality has gone way downhill post pandemic. I would like to give praise to our server, Felicia H (according to the receipt). She made the entire experience amazing. While we didn’t run up a very big bill, we felt compelled to do the tip the bill challenge as a way of saying thank you. I highly recommend this place if you find yourself in the area looking for a quick meal.

My family and I came here twice at very odd hours on our way to West Point, once very late at night and another time near opening. Although the food is just what you’d expect for the price point, the service was exceptional. We had a young lady as our server, and not only was she personable, but put my order with my requested adjustments flawlessly.

Pretty cool spot. Humble. There’s TVs for entertainment. Drink specials make for an easy place to hang out and not go broke. The food is good but unfortunately a few items may not be available due to a phasing out of some menu items. Overall this place serves its purpose, go enjoy yourself. Round up the crew for a day or night outing. In the area are hotels and a great mall. As usual, mention my name and they’ll give you a good seat ; )

We stopped in for light dinner after flight. Easy walk from several nearby hotels. The chicken tacos were so good! Our waitress was great!

A step down in the franchise to receive a cold shoulder of service and respect. The walk over from my hotel at Radisson Country Inn and suites was swift and easy but the low down treatment from the staff at Ruby Tuesday this past evening was a world class by the beautiful Latina waitress.

I wish i could give no stars. Waited on hold for 40 min to place a pickup order, finally gave up and called back to place the order (it was soup, mac&cheese, and tater tots). I got my food and threw out the mac because it tasted like death and i bit into something hard. The soup tasted off but i ate half of it just to sit with the worst stomach ache ive ever had and somehow some way they managed to make tater tots taste bad. The only reason i didnt bash my head in is because the guy who answered the second phone call was funny and nice so whoever you are, I appreciate you.

Tiara was fabulous on being our server! She was sweet and always attentive to anything we wanted and I felt great! Hospitality was on point and Ruby’s always has the best Alfredo chicken and broccoli ! We be returning as this is our spot when visiting elisabeth ! Thanks again for everything happy holidays

It was nice that it wasn’t very busy at the time we went. The salad bar had a good variety. The food came out pretty quickly and it was good. The service was just ok. It was clean and I enjoyed the restaurant along with the friends I shared the meal with. It was casual and comfortable and tasty.
