Our server was top notch!!! She was amazing!! My son loved his kids menu cheeseburger with grapes. My husband and I both enjoyed the garden bar. Items were fresh and flavorful. I am, however, taking a star away for quantity. I took the last few croutons and then more weren’t brought out before my next trip up. Other items lacking in their containers. I love the all you can eat Salad Bar option. I like an elaborate salad with a simple dressing. The salad bar had all the fixings I like along with olive oil and balsamic vinegar (in separate bottles – not mixed together).
I was able to order a 4oz grilled (or baked?) chicken breast on the side for protein.
(My boyfriend had the same, but his salad looked very different from mine.)
I also had some coleslaw from the salad bar and added dried cranberries to it (also from the salad bar). Yummy!
It was the perfect lunch!

I had not been to Ruby Tuesdays for a long time because I was not a fan of their French fries….I’m glad we decided to stop in because they had changed the fries and the food was delicious! I think my only real complaint is that out waitress was obviously quite young and we barely saw her…..not to mention it took forever for her to bring us the check when we were clearly done (plates stacked on the table) and she only had 1 other table in her section. Otherwise, everything was delicious and I do reccomend!

The server was great. The food was raw! Ordered fish and chips, after eating a bite realized both the fish and the batter were raw. The batter was still wet and oozing out around the raw fish. Couldn’t eat fish after that and got a burger instead, completely raw in the middle. One bite and couldn’t eat the rest. Charged full price for everything. Don’t get a picture of the fish but here’s the raw burger.

We waited over an hour to get our lunch meals. When we finally got them, the shrimp in my Deconstructed Kabob was burned & like chewing shoe leather. I understand you’re training a new chef, but how could the trainer allow burned food to come out. You had more than an hour! (See picture)
The sweetened raspberry iced tea I ordered was unsweetened with raspberries thrown on the top. The refill took over 1/2 hour & I had to wait over an hour for the water I ordered when we were seated. My daughter never received her iced tea refill.

I have never had such a bad experience at Ruby Tuesday before today. Sadly, I will think twice before returning, even though Ruby has always been 1 of my favorite restaurants.

I have missed salad bars!! It was good, the sampler was good and hot. My mom has the salmon which she said was delicious. Definitely worth the drive to Brewer

Salmon was overcooked, zucchini was great. Tomato slices were pretty good though they didn’t have the balsamic glaze on them. The children enjoyed their meals. My daughter and I had the same food and she liked her food very much though she had corn and rice with her. Salmon. The appetizer combo was great. We will absolutely return for another visit!
