Had a great experience at Ruby Sunshine! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service really stood out. Isaac was our waiter, and he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.
I ordered the shrimp omelette, and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and packed with fresh ingredients. You can tell they put care into their food. Overall, it was a fantastic brunch spot, and I’ll definitely be back!

My husband got The Trifecta. I got the Three Little Pigs Omelet & we got the French toast bites to share as an appetizer. Everything was great & portions were large!

The experience was okay, it really wasn’t what we expected. The food was very bland. I had the Catfish and grits with with White Chocolate bread pudding pancakes. The grits were very bland as was the sauce, and the Catfish could have been cooked a little longer, on a lower temperature versus it appearing to be cooked on high. The pancakes were good, but also couldn’t have been cooked a little longer seems there was still a bit of batter in the the pancakes not fully cooked. The biscuits were cold and over cooked along with the fried green tomatoes. My husband stated his shrimp and grits weren’t very good, he stated it lacked flavor, and the biscuits were cold. The male waiter we had wasn’t very attentive and would leave us waiting for a long period of time. We both unfortunately agreed on that visit the mimosa flight was the best thing that was served.

We went to Ruby Sunshine for the first time this morning and had a great dining experience. Isaac was our waiter and he was phenomenal! Very polite, friendly, and extremely attentive. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the trifecta. Both dishes were amazing! I highly recommend dining at Ruby Sunshine.

People make the food and food transcends everything in life culturally and this place doesn’t disappoint. I’ve eaten at the one in New Orleans originally but this place was equally as good my wife had the shrimp and grits and I had the breakfast sandwich which was really good and freshly baked biscuits were at the top of the list. Also our bartender/ server was very nice and hospitable even though she was battling a Sunday crowd and a headache. Kelly you are awesome and my finance and I we leave with fond memories because of the joy you bring to customers. Thank you all for the warm hospitality and good service.

A bit chaotic but always worth the wait for breakfast or lunch! The servers are helpful when needing help choosing between menu items or if you simply need a nudge. My go to is the bayou eggs benedict; superb!

Very cute atmosphere. Pretty expensive! Fries were mediocre. Service was fast and friendly. Food was just okay and took awhile to come out. Typical breakfast place, they have food for everyone. Cute atmosphere regardless.
