Everything was EXCELLENT! Shout out to Jason for making us laugh and providing great menu suggestions while granting us first timers a bit of patience with so many options during the lunch rush. We built our own bowls, I highly recommend the red pepper hummus, roasted veggies and Caesar dressing. The lemonade topped off with blueberry lavender was perfect and the pita chips were delicious. Everything was fresh, hot and flavorful. The only thing I wished for was more than 5 pita chips in a bag. Expect to wait 5ish min during lunch and dinner rush hours, but it’s worth it. I can’t wait to try another bowl and have more of my fav new lemonade!

Highly recommend. Lets break it down. First, the food. I got the chicken and rice bowl and enjoyed it as is. You can customize it anyway that you like but seeing as this was my first time, I wanted to test it out. I was NOT disappointed. Extremely flavorful with the right amount of heat and sour. I can’t wait to try more.
The service was awesome. The employees were extremely upbeat and happy and the guy at the register was awesome. Thanks for showing how great a place can be by being so happy.
The restaurant was quit busy with people waiting for to go orders and others relaxing in the dining area chatting and enjoying the food. There was no sense of rush. Just relaxing. They have lots of fresh drinks to enjoy, plant based utensils and a real great vibe. This will be a new go to for delicious Mediterranean food!!

We’ve replaced chipotle with cava ever since they came to town and I’m so glad we did. The food is consistently delicious and fresh. Love having this as my go to spot! We are frequent patrons because of how consistent the food is AND even more importantly the staff is great. Even when things are hectic – long line, online orders piling up – the staff is helpful and not rude. I have many great experiences there but by far Kaidan has helped us the most and is always such a pleasure to see! We come at least once a week (I’m addicted to the pita chips) and I wish I could name all the helpful staff we’ve encountered but consistently they’ve all been extremely nice, hard working and have a great attitude. We love Cava!

Visited this location (Sodo) for lunch today per usual. I’ve never seen a cook (Addie) argue with a customer. If you’re having a bad day STAY HOME! Some employees make the whole restaurant look bad. I’ve never had this type of encounter here. The manager (Sara) immediately comped my entire order, even though I insisted on paying for it because the issue had nothing to do with the food. Manager asked (Addie) to stop speaking to me yet she continued as if she wanted an altercation. Addie does not respect her Manager or her Job. The rest of the staff is always so nice, welcoming, and very professional.The younger employees were super apologetic. This type of behavior displayed is not acceptable.
Addie needs to have some extensive customer service training and never needs to deal with the public directly.

I feel in love and the name is CAVA! I love Mediterranean food and I miss one of my go to places when I went to the Mall at Millennia back in the day called MAUZ. It’s now extinct all thanks to COVID. This place has lots of selections. I made my own bowl and the employees were pretty patient with me as a first timer. I love falafels and theirs were chewy and not teeth-shattering hard. It surprised me, but I loved it! Their sauce selections were great too. If you like garlic, their sauce was on point. Now, if you can stomach something extra, try their pita chips. Gosh, those were exceptional! Not too crunchy that they fall apart on the first bite, and not too soft that you’re eating dough. It was just right. Their drink selections were great too. I tried the mint cucumber drink. If you’re looking for a vegan spot, this is the place. Enjoyed it more than I expected.

This was my first time at Cava. I’ve heard a ton of positive feedback from friends, so I decided to give them a shot.
This location used to be a Zoe’s Kitchen, which was one of my favorite restaurants in the area. It stinks that they’re gone, but that’s the nature of the business. I read that Cava took over all of their locations (there’s even a Cava about five minutes from my house).
The place was very clean, even during the lunch rush, which tells me they really pay attention to detail.
I tried the steak and harissa bowl with brown rice and power greens as the base. Let me tell you……it was delicious. The fresh veggies and the combination of all the ingredients were amazing. I’m definitely going to get this bowl again on my next visit, but I’ll try the lamb meatballs as the protein.
Why 4 stars instead of 5?
The steak was very overcooked. It was still edible and nicely seasoned, but too tough for me. I’ll definitely update this review after my next visit.
